Study On The Development Of Cashmere Industry Cluster In Mongolia

The cashmere industry in Mongolia has a history of more than 40 years,developing from an early production stage to the present formation of an industrial chain,and has formed a leading industry in the development of animal husbandry in Mongolia and one of the most important characteristic clusters of computer industry in Mongolia.Due to the fact that the cashmere industry is a permanent industry for the Mongolian economy,and compared to other resourcebased industries,as cashmere resources are highly sustainable,it is also important to study the historical issues and sustainable development issues of the cashmere industry.The main research goal of this paper is to study the development of Mongolian cashmere industrial clusters.Based on the analysis of the development strategy of Mongolian cashmere industrial clusters,this paper analyzes the development level and regional distribution of the five major economic regions of Mongolian cashmere industry,and specifically uses the SWOT method to analyze and study the internal resources and defects,internal and external opportunities and risks of Mongolian cashmere industry development;Through SWOT research and taking Ulaanbaatar City as an example,this paper conducts empirical analysis and research on the agglomeration degree of its cashmere industrial cluster,and finally gives feasible opinions on the development of cashmere industrial cluster.
