Research On Development Of Guizhou Pharmaceutical Industry Based On The Theories Of Industrial Cluster

Having entered the twenty-first century, industry cluster, as a common feature of prominent industry in today's international competition, is an important way to improve competitive power and formalize competitive advantage in an area. Since the concept of industry cluster was put forward in 1990s, many scholars inside and outside country began to make deeper researches on it. And the significance of latest theory of industry cluster has been taken seriously in the circles of education, business and politics.In Guizhou province, pharmacy industry cluster has been taken into shape. And the crucial problem for local government to deal with is how to guide pharmacy industry cluster in a correct way and to reinforce the competitive advantages of industry cluster in an area.In this paper, the methodology of observation and comparative analysis are adopted. First, the relevant theoretical concept of industry cluster is discussed. Based on the former theory through the way of normative analysis, combined with the history and present situation of pharmacy industry in Guizhou province, the outside and inside environment, such as: advantage, disadvantage, opportunity and obstacles of Guizhou's pharmacy industry clusters, and factors of resources are researched and analyzed through scientific analysis. When it is focused on the important strategic significance of greatly developing pharmacy industry cluster, the problems and inadequacy are also pointed out.And last, through the above analysis and researches, directing at the open questions during the process of developing pharmacy industry cluster in Guizhou province, the countermeasure for developing are presented from the perspectives of government, enterprise and industry association.
