The nature of inspection work is measurement. Control and improve the quality levels of measurement is the consistent goal to test services. Ways to achieve this goal are diverse, such as measurement systems analysis(MSA),quality assurance and quality control(QA&QC),the assessment of measurement uncertainty and so on.The uncertainty of measurement is a parameter which associates with the measuring result.lt represents the dispersity of reasonably measured value. The quality control of measuring result depends on the uncertainty to a large extent.Through scientific and rational assessment of measurement uncertainty, we can identify the key components of the uncertainty, and further found that the impact measuring system of a significant amount of uncertainty factors, using statistical analysis tool to verify the results of the various factors that affect the measurement of the significance.In this way, we can guide testing laboratories in the measurement of quality control work, to concentrate on control of these significant factors. Test quality control obtain reliable quality by monitoring the testing process to identify and exclude detection of anomalies. Evaluation of measurement uncertainty in the measurement process depends on an effective state of statistical control. Therefore, quality control is a reasonable the assurance of assessment of measurement uncertainty.This article describes the the theory and method of uncertainty assessment and quality control on testing, and the applications in textile testing laboratory. At the same time, based on the accumulation of a large number of routine testing in quality control, try to verify measuring uncertainty with statistical analysis method. Cross-referencing with the GUM evaluation methods, so we can get a more reasonable assessment of uncertainty in the laboratory and applications on test quality control are practical.
