Study On Development Potential And Optimization Of Ecotourism In Northwest Yunnan

The proposal of the National Ecotourism Development Plan(2016-2025)clarifies the new requirements for the sustainable and healthy development of ecotourism,attaches importance to the development of tourism resources in contiguously poor areas,further establishes the spatial planning system of ecotourism,and emphasizes the importance of studying the development potential of ecotourism from the perspective of regional space.As an important part of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau eco-tourism area and the Grand Shangri-La eco-tourism cooperation area,Northwest Yunnan is also an important link in the Grand Western Yunnan tourism circuit.The particularity of the coexistence of ecological fragility and ecological advantages,as well as the dislocation of regional tourism resources and economic development,make it a representative area of eco-tourism research.It is an important basis for sustainable development to give full play to the resource and environment advantages of ecotourism in northwest Yunnan,improve the development potential of regional ecotourism,optimize the development pattern of ecotourism,and promote the coordination of regional man-land relationship.On the basis of combing relevant researches at home and abroad on ecotourism and ecotourism development potential,this paper explains related concepts.On the theoretical basis of man-land relationship theory,eco-economic theory,aiming at the lack of attention paid to ecotourism research at county scale,it focuses on the perspective of "eco-tourism-society collaboration" and comprehensively uses GIS analysis methods.This paper attempts to evaluate the development potential of ecotourism in northwest Yunnan by combining multi-source data.Based on the traditional potential zoning of ecotourism and the key direction of future development,it divides the development potential types of ecotourism and puts forward five optimization suggestions for the types,which can provide reference for promoting the healthy development of ecotourism in northwest Yunnan.The results are as follows:(1)There are significant differences in the development potential of ecotourism in northwest Yunnan.From three dimensions,tourism development potential(57.644%)> social collaborative support potential(32.701%)> eco-environmental potential(9.659%),and tourism development potential is significantly higher than eco-environmental potential.From the perspective of spatial distribution,Dali City,Gucheng District and Shangri-La City have the largest development potential index of ecotourism.Gongshan County,Huaping County and Dali City had the highest eco-environmental potential index.Gucheng City,Dali City and Shangri-La City have the largest tourism development potential index.Dali City Gucheng District and Xiangyun County have the highest potential index of social cooperative support.(2)The development potential of ecotourism in northwest Yunnan presents the characteristics of positive correlation spatial agglomeration distribution.The high-high ecotourism agglomeration areas are mainly distributed in Xiangyun County in the southeast region,while the low-low ecotourism agglomeration areas are mainly distributed in Gongshan County,Fugong County,Lushui City and Yongping County in the northwest region.(3)The influence of ecotourism development potential in northwest Yunnan is obvious.The results show that tourism resources and economic conditions are the driving forces of ecotourism development in northwest Yunnan.The interaction detection among the factors has synergistic enhancement effect,and the interaction between tourism market and tourism facilities has the strongest effect on the development potential of ecotourism in northwest Yunnan.(4)The development potential types of ecotourism in northwest Yunnan are complex and diverse.Based on the traditional single factor zoning of ecotourism potential,through the combination of cluster analysis and spatial superposition,the development potential zoning of ecotourism in northwest Yunnan is divided into 11 types.(5)Combined with the characteristics of the development potential zoning types of ecotourism in northwest Yunnan,it is proposed to optimize the spatial layout and enhance the radiation effect;Give full play to the advantages of resources,innovative industrial chain integration development;Build a service system,strengthen the professional talent team;Improve the interactive structure,give play to the leading role of high-level scenic spots;Strengthen ecological environment monitoring,establish ecological restoration supervision system and other five aspects of optimization proposals.
