| The report of the 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly proposed to accelerate the construction of a manufacturing power and consolidate the foundation of the real economy,while the construction of a manufacturing power needs a group of skilled,worthy of the responsibility of front-line employees.Entering the new era,the front-line employees of the manufacturing industry are gradually becoming a new generation of main forces,and their understanding of work well-being has new era characteristics.At present,the steel industry is facing a critical stage of transformation and upgrading from "traditional manufacturing" to "intelligent manufacturing",and the work well-being of front-line employees is very important.In this thesis,Q Steel Manufacturing Company was selected as the case study object.Firstly,the level of work well-being of the research object was measured by the Mature scale,and the influencing factors of work well-being of the front-line employees of Q Company were explored by the symposium survey method.It is found that the main influencing factors of work well-being of front-line employees in Q Company are salary level,organizational living environment,career growth opportunities,employee relations,and work-family balance.Based on this,a questionnaire on influencing factors of work well-being was designed through literature review.Through the analysis of the questionnaire data,it is concluded that the front-line employees of Q Company have prominent family and marriage problems,single recruitment channel and formal performance appraisal,few career growth opportunities,poor organizational living environment,and lack of competitiveness in corporate salary.Based on the industrial nature of Q enterprise,this thesis finally puts forward five countermeasures: to help solve the marriage and childbearing problems of employees;Improving staff recruitment mechanisms;Improve the training system for job skills;Improving the living conditions of the organization;Increase the competitiveness of salary for highly educated young workers.The innovation of this thesis lies in the refinement of the research subject and the targeted research on the work well-being of front-line employees in steel enterprises. |
