As the pace of social development continues to accelerate,human resources competition in all walks of life is becoming increasingly fierce,and different forms of work pressure are increasingly prominent.The work performed by front-line employees of offshore oil extraction platforms is a special form of labor.The working and living environment on the platform is relatively difficult.It is far from the land,the space is small,the work content is single and boring,and during the operation,it must be in an environment where multiple occupational hazards such as noise,dust,toxic and hazardous chemicals cross,and It is also facing many uncertain and dangerous factors brought by natural disasters and work risks.Therefore,offshore oil exploration platforms working and living in such an extremely special environment are prone to produce different levels of work stress and psychological problems.This article focuses on the special occupational group of front-line employees of offshore oil extraction platforms,and researches their working pressure with the first-line employees of company D as a survey sample.After fully referring to the research literature related to work pressure at home and abroad and in the petroleum industry,it randomly adopted Interviews and questionnaire surveys were conducted to investigate the work pressure of more than 200 front-line employees of company D's offshore oil extraction platform.This article first uses interviews and questionnaire data as the basic data source to summarize and propose work that is consistent with the front-line employees of offshore oil extraction platforms.The research hypothesis and theoretical model of the stress study.Then,the descriptive statistics,confirmatory factors,and exploratory factors were statistically analyzed on the questionnaire data,and eight sources of stress factors that affected the working pressure of the company's first-line employees were traced and analyzed.Finally,based on the foregoing research,using the SPSS statistical software,with working pressure as the dependent variable and eight pressure factors as the independent variables,a multiple regression model was introduced to verify the reliability of the research hypotheses and model hypotheses.The main conclusions reached are : First,the work pressure and age,marital status,and culture of the first-line employees of company D the degree,job level,and working age of the sea are related;the second is that the work pressure of front-line employees mainly comes from two dimensions,namely individuals and organizations.Specifically,work-family conflict,self-adjustment pressure,interpersonal communication,work and living environment,and professional development pressure,Work risk,and work system all have a positive impact on work stress.Among them,work and family conflict stress and work and living environment stress are the most prominent.Based on the analysis of the questionnaire survey data and the conclusions obtained from the random interviews,the corresponding working strategies for the first-line employees of D company 's offshore oil extraction platform are put forward.On the one hand,corresponding coping strategies are proposed based on individual employees: First,effective balance the relationship between work and family,the second is to improve the self-psychological adjustment ability of employees,the third is to improve the professional quality and safety skills of employees;On the other hand,the corresponding coping strategies are proposed based on the organizational level: one is to improve the working and living environment,the other is to improve the level of human resources management,the third is to strengthen the work of employee emotional management.
