Due to the rapid development of China’s economy and the continuous increase of national power consumption,power system security has become an important factor affecting China’s economic production and people’s life.Substation,as an indispensable link of power transportation in the power system,has been concerned by people.The substation has complex structure,high fire risk and serious consequences of fire accidents.Therefore,how to accurately identify the fire hazard sources of the substation,scientifically evaluate the fire risk of the substation,and formulate effective control measures and daily management schemes are of great practical significance to ensure the operation stability of the power system.This paper establishes a substation fire risk assessment system,puts forward targeted substation fire prevention suggestions,reduce fire risk and control measures.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:Firstly,the fire hazard source of the substation is analyzed,the fire risk evaluation index of the substation is selected,and the substation fire risk evaluation model is established.Secondly,the substation fire simulation is carried out,and the substation fire risk control measures and fire protection suggestions are put forward according to the evaluation results and simulation results.(1)By collecting the substation fire accident cases,analyzing the substation fire area,fire equipment and fire causes,it is found that the substation fire accidents are mainly caused by equipment overload operation,equipment failure,line short circuit and other reasons,and the proportion of each reason is 26%,17%and 15%respectively;in the fire equipment,the proportion of cable,transformer and capacitor fire is large,accounting for 35%,32%and 17%respectively.(2)The fire hazards of 21 substations were investigated,the actual fire hazards of substations were analyzed,and a scientific,reasonable and operable three-level evaluation index for substation fire risk evaluation was established in combination with the fire protection standard for design of thermal power plants and substations,technical code for design of substation building structure and other specifications,as well as the identification of fire hazard sources of substations,the combination weighting method of order relation analysis method and entropy weight method is used to determine the weight of indicators at all levels,and the cloud model is selected to establish the evaluation model.(3)FDS fire simulation software is used to establish the fire accident model of substation cable trench and transformer,simulate the fire accident of substation,put forward targeted preventive measures by analyzing the smoke spread and the harm caused by fire,and conduct water mist fire extinguishing simulation to study the optimal fire extinguishing water mist particle size and nozzle flow of substation cable fire and transformer oil fire,which has great reference value for fire protection design、fire prevention and control of substation,It provides a reference for substation fire risk prevention and control.
