As an integral part of urban waste,construction waste has become one of the urgent problems to be solved in the construction industry with the development of social economy and urbanization.Under such a background,the recycling of construction waste has become an important focus of urban economic development and environmental governance.However,the development of recycling industry of China's construction waste started late,and problems such as low demand for recycling construction waste products,low technology level and inadequate supply of raw materials,are gradually exposed.Therefore,the research on the risk of the construction waste resource-based project will provide the risk decision-making and management guidance for the participants of the construction waste recycling project,and construct a more sound and scientific risk management mechanism,to promote the sustainable development of construction waste recycling projects.This paper took the construction waste recycling project as the research object.Firstly,summarized the related concepts and theoretical basis of risk assessment of construction waste recycling,put forward the recycling of construction waste based on circular economy theory and reverse logistics theory,and summarized the related theories and methods of risk assessment.Secondly,based on the current situation of the construction waste resource project,combined with relevant literature and case,risk identification was carried out,it which divided the risk of recycling project of construction waste into 6 types,such as political,financial,marketing,technology,construction and management,etc,and risk list project risk list a total of 22 risk subitem,and established an interpretation structure model of construction waste recycling project was constructed and the risk analysis was carried out,clarifying the hierarchical relationship of risk sources.Then,based on the risk list,combining expert scoring method and entropy method,the risk index system of construction waste resourcebased project was established,and the evaluation index system was used as the evaluation basis,combined with the characteristics of construction waste recycling project.The parameters of BP neural network were determined step by step,and the risk evaluation model of BP neural network was established.To basically determine the feasibility of model,20 domestic projects are selected as samples and trained and tested.Finally,this paper took a construction waste recycling project in a city of Hubei Province as an example to verify the feasibility and validity of the risk assessment model.Combining with qualitative analysis,this paper put forward some measures and suggestions for risk response,which provides theoretical basis and practical guidance for decision-making and management of construction waste recycling project.
