Research On Risk Management Of Manufacturing Green Supply Chain

China is still in the process of industrialization,and there is still a big gap between manufacturing and advanced countries.Strengthening the construction of green supply chain is an important measure to reform and upgrade the supply-side structure of manufacturing and achieve high-quality sustainable development.Due to the characteristics of structural complexity,dynamic,cross-cutting and user-oriented demand,as well as the problems of insufficient understanding of green development,backward green technology and unobvious green benefits,the development of green supply chain in manufacturing industry faces great risks.Therefore,it is of great significance to strengthen the theoretical and practical research on the risk management of green supply chain in manufacturing industry.On the basis of sorting out domestic and foreign research results and related theories on the risk management of manufacturing green supply chain,this paper identifies the risk factors of green supply chain in manufacturing industry by using the procedural grounded theory.On the basis of expert interviews and questionnaires,this paper constructs and modifies the 0-1 adjacency matrix,constructs the risk network of green supply chain in manufacturing industry by using the social network analysis method,and analyzes and evaluates the network density,cohesion index,block model,middleman,degree centrality and intermediate centrality of the overall network and individual network.The results show that the manufacturing green supply chain mainly has five categories of risks,including business environment,process,operation,information and technology,and enterprise management,with a total of 28 risk factors.Among the 28 risk factors,the core risk factors include 11 items such as policy environment impact,market environment change,green production risk,green marketing risk,poor green performance of related parties on the chain,backward green technology development level,and backward management concept.There are 38 key risk relationships.From the perspective of controlling core risk factors and cutting off the spread of key risk relationships,this paper puts forward the risk response measures of manufacturing green supply chain,which has practical guiding value for manufacturing green supply chain risk management.
