With the release of the 14 th Five-Year Plan and 2035 Vision Target Outline,promoting the innovative development of high-end CNC machine tools has become an important task in this period,bringing new opportunities for the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry.As "industrial mother machine" the numerical control machine tool,its development represents a country’s design and manufacturing level,our country numerical control machine tool has made rapid development in technology,quality and output,enterprise also gradually shifts from only pays attention to the function and price thinking to pays attention to the shape aesthetic of the product.Industrial design can improve the position of CNC machine tools in the market,improve the quality of the image more attractive.The aesthetic evaluation of modeling scheme is an indispensable part of the design stage,which can help guide designers to find problems and make corrections.However,the evaluation of plastic aesthetics mainly relies on individual aesthetic experience and judgment to make decisions.However,due to the large individual differences,it is easy to be affected by cognitive background,knowledge and experience and other factors,resulting in strong subjective arbitrariness of the evaluation results,which cannot achieve quality improvement.In view of the lack of objective quantitative scientific methods for numerical control machine tool modeling evaluation,this paper explores effective methods for numerical control machine tool modeling evaluation from the level of quantitative formal aesthetic characteristics based on aesthetic theory and user aesthetic preference.Specific research contents and results are as follows:(1)From the aesthetic theory and user aesthetic two dimensions,the construction of numerical control machine tool modeling quantitative evaluation model.According to the law of formal aesthetics,the evaluation index system of numerical control machine tool modeling is constructed,and the index system is quantitatively described by computational aesthetics.Combined with the improved CRITICTOPSIS method,each index is objectively weighted and the aesthetic evaluation is optimized.In addition,the user’s aesthetic preference is studied,the design features of CNC machine tool modeling are analyzed,the mapping prediction and evaluation model of CNC machine tool modeling features and user’s aesthetic preference is established based on support vector regression machine,and the whale algorithm is used to optimize the prediction and evaluation model,so as to effectively realize the quantitative evaluation of CNC machine tool modeling.(2)Aiming at the problem of different evaluation standard system of aesthetic theory and user aesthetic two dimensions,the evaluation index system of comprehensive aesthetic evaluation of CNC machine tool modeling is established by integrating the evaluation indexes of the two dimensions.The weight of each index is determined by comparing indexes through analytic hierarchy process,and the membership degree in fuzzy set theory is used for basic probability distribution of evidence body.Finally,according to the rules of evidence theory synthesis,a comprehensive aesthetic evaluation model of CNC machine tool modeling based on D-S evidence theory is established.This method can effectively conduct an aesthetic evaluation of CNC machine tool modeling from the theoretical level and user level.(3)On the basis of the established numerical control machine tool modeling evaluation model that quantifies the formal aesthetic characteristics,the software application for the aesthetic evaluation of numerical control machine tool modeling scheme is designed and developed.The functional modules are improved according to the needs of users.The page prototype is drawn based on the analysis of visual element design and UI design specifications,and the usability test evaluation is carried out.The research results show that the numerical control machine tool modeling evaluation method based on the quantitative formal aesthetic characteristics proposed in this paper can effectively evaluate the numerical control machine tool modeling from the objective and quantitative level.The method proposed in this paper can help the decision-maker to obtain the objective evaluation of the numerical control machine tool modeling scheme,and has a good guiding role for the designer’s subsequent optimization design.
