| The current rural areas have shifted from poverty alleviation to full implementation of rural revitalization.In this context,this study takes Huaxi District,Guiyang City,Guizhou Province as an example to analyze and evaluate the allocation efficiency and the level of sustainable utilization of agricultural resources,which is based on the analysis of the current situation of agricultural production,agricultural resources and regional characteristics in Huaxi District.According to the results of the evaluation and actual investigations,the regional and global strategies for the sustainable utilization of agricultural resources in Huaxi District are proposed to serve as a reference for other regions with the similar situation in the urban-rural fringe area.The main contents are as follows:(1)Regional characteristics of agricultural resources in Huaxi District:(1)rich resources and great farming potential;(2)obvious location advantages and good prospects for the agricultural product sales market;(3)abundant water resources and imperfect water conservancy facilities;(4)backward agricultural infrastructure,which is not conducive to the development of new agriculture;(5)relatively simple planting structure and the unexploited resource endowment.(2)Analysis results of agricultural resources’ allocation efficiency: the comprehensive efficiency of agricultural resources’ allocation in Qingyan Town,Maiping Town,Yanlou Town,Qiantao Township,and Maling Township is 1,which is the best.It means that the resources are effectively used and the input and output of production factors are relatively good.The comprehensive efficiency of agricultural resources in Jiu’an Township and Mengguan Township are 0.823 and 0.746 respectively,meaning the efficiency of agricultural resource allocation is on average.And the comprehensive efficiency of agricultural resources in Shiban Town and Gaopo Township are 0.568 and 0.352 respectively.The efficiency of agricultural resources’ allocation in these ares is relatively poor and the scale of agricultural industry needs to be further strengthened.(3)Evaluation results of sustainable utilization of agricultural resources in Huaxi District:(1)The maximum ecological sustainability evaluation index of agricultural resources is 0.48,the minimum is 0.03,the average score is 0.21,and the standard deviation is 0.15.(2)The sustainable evaluation index of agricultural resource economy is 0.07,the minimum is 0.01,the average score is 0.03,and the standard deviation is 0.03.(3)The maximum social sustainability evaluation index of agricultural resources is 0.19,the minimum is 0.01,the average score is 0.09,the standard deviation is 0.06.(4)The sustainable comprehensive evaluation index of agricultural resources is 0.75,the minimum is 0.06,the average score is 0.33,and the standard deviation is0.20.(4)Through the cluster analysis of agricultural resource allocation efficiency and sustainable utilization evaluation results,the strategies for the sustainable utilization of agricultural resources in Huaxi District are proposed.(1)The first-level sustainable utilization of agricultural resources contains Qingyan Town and Maling Township.These areas are rich in agricultural resources,with the advantages of strong agricultural technology equipment and technical force.And ecological constraints are minimum,while the farming efficiency for farmers are high.They also enjoy the highest level of agricultural economic development,and the highest level of social sustainability.Therefore,they are suitable for positioning as a high-end agricultural product base.(2)Secondary areas for sustainable utilization of agricultural resources: Maiping Town,Mengguan Township,Qiantao Township.These areas are dominated by low mountains and hills or valleys,with less ecological constraints,high water conservancy,and low drought threats.They are suitable to combine the regional characteristics of different places to build advantageous agricultural products bases.(3)Third-level areas for sustainable use of agricultural resources: Jiu’an Township,Shiban Town,Yanlou Town,and Gaopo Township.These regions have many dry land,few paddy fields,sparse mountain vegetation,serious soil erosion,and poor ecological sustainability.They are suitable for positioning as an ecological agricultural base.(5)Based on the concept of sustainable agricultural development in the whole region,the thesis puts forward global strategies for sustainable utilization of agricultural resources in Huaxi District:(1)Establishing an efficient agricultural management system;(2)Increasing investment in agricultural science and technology;(3)Improving traditional agricultural cooperation models. |
