Research On The Innovative Design Of Hakka Lei-tea Instruments Under The Multimodal Metaphor Theory

Hakka Lei-tea culture is an important part of Chinese traditional food culture.For modern society,it also has great value and significance in health,economy and culture.Throughout the various Hakka regions that retain the custom of Lei-tea,the current situation of inheritance is not optimistic.Due to the lack of edible atmosphere and the incompatibility of production equipment,its inheritance is becoming weaker and even broken,and its development has encountered unprecedented bottlenecks.Therefore,how to strengthen the era attribute of Lea-tea culture and promote the integration of Lei-tea culture and modern value is the focus of this research.With the help of literature research,case analysis,questionnaire survey,user interview and Kano model analysis,this paper takes multimodal metaphor theory as the design guidance,chooses Hakka Lei-tea utensils as the carrier,and enhances the user ’s multi-sensory and emotional communication experience through the superposition and interaction between various modal symbols,so as to improve the public ’s cognition,understanding and acceptance of Lea-tea cultural innovation,and then highlight its national cultural value and meet people ’s increasingly rich spiritual and cultural needs.Firstly,the background,purpose and significance of the research are summarized by collecting and sorting out data and analyzing the research status at home and abroad.Then,through the reference of relevant materials,the relevant theories and concepts are sorted out and summarized,and excellent design experience is extracted by case analysis,which lays a foundation for further research.Furthermore,by analyzing and summarizing the relationship between the multi-modal metaphor theory and Hakka Lei tea utensils,and putting forward three principles of cognition generality,aesthetics and practicability,inheritance and innovation,and three design strategies of clarifying user needs,image source symbol extraction,and multi-modal metaphor intervention,a Hakka Lei tea utensils innovative design system model is constructed under the multi-modal metaphor theory.This paper points out the direction of Hakka Lei Tea utensils innovative design practice under the multi-modal metaphor theory.Finally,based on the current situation research and user research,specific user needs are obtained.The design content is divided into three parts: hardware product,auxiliary software and derived tableware.Through the analysis of Hakka cultural image source symbol,the performance of product hardware form,software-assisted design and the construction of appliance use situation,the practical design is four parts.Explore a feasible idea and method suitable for Hakka Lei tea utensils,achieve the purpose of promoting the development of Hakka Lei tea culture,and provide a reference for the redesign mode of the modernization transformation of traditional utensils under the multi-modal metaphor theory.
