Research On Benefit Distribution Of Coal Port Logistics Supply Chain

Ports are strategic resources and important support for economic and social development,as well as the core carrier and powerful engine of port city economic development.The port logistics supply chain is a collection of member enterprises in the chain that combine to obtain greater benefits.The key factor for its healthy and stable development is the fair and reasonable distribution of benefits.In the coal based port logistics supply chain,due to the different resources owned by each participant,they inevitably face many benefits allocation issues in the process of providing services,ultimately resulting in the low operation of the coal based port logistics supply chain.Therefore,how to coordinate the interests of each member enterprise in the supply chain and achieve satisfaction in both the overall performance of the supply chain and the local interests of member enterprises is the key to the long-term development of the coal based port logistics supply chain.Firstly,the business process of coal based ports is sorted out,the composition of the logistics supply chain of coal based ports is analyzed,and the social network analysis method is applied to clearly define the core stakeholders of the distribution of benefits in the logistics supply chain of coal based ports.Then,by explaining the structural model,the system structure of the influencing factors of the coal port logistics supply chain is analyzed.The main influencing factors include resource investment factors,risk bearing factors,member status,member loyalty,and innovation ability factors.Secondly,construct a Shapley value method model that considers resource investment factors,risk bearing factors,member status,member loyalty,and innovation ability factors,and use Analytic Hierarchy Process to clarify the weights of influencing factors.Then,obtain the difference between the correction coefficients of each influencing factor and the average level value coefficient,and discuss based on the results.If the correction coefficients are higher than the average,the benefit plan needs to be tilted towards the enterprise and appropriate compensation should be provided,On the contrary,the benefit plan should reduce the company’s revenue value.Finally,taking X coal port as an example,the Shapley value model constructed was applied to obtain the profit allocation of each member enterprise in the X coal port logistics supply chain,and a more scientific and reasonable allocation plan for the coal port logistics supply chain considering different influencing factors was ultimately obtained.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The main factors affecting the distribution of benefits in the coal based port logistics supply chain are resource investment factors,risk bearing factors,member status,member loyalty,and innovation ability factors.(2)The status of member enterprises in the coal based port logistics supply chain is of the highest importance to the supply chain,followed by member loyalty,enterprise innovation ability,input resource value,and risk bearing.(3)Under the framework of the Shapley method constructed,improvements have been made to the resulting benefit distribution results.The benefit distribution of coal ports and coal mining companies has increased compared to before the improvement,while the benefit distribution of railway companies has decreased compared to before the improvement.
