The Research On The Proposal Of Optimization For Supply Chain Logistics Of MF Company

With the intensification of market competition,more and more companies realize that building up regional distribution centers is strategicallyimportant to reducing logistics costs and accelerating operational efficiency of supply chain logistics.However,most companies do not have the capital,technology,or human resources to build up their own distribution centers.Therefore,How to choose a professional third-party logistics provider and use its existing regional distribution centers to optimize its own supply chain logistics system has become a meaningful research topic.This article takes MF company as the research object,first analyzes the problems of its supply chain logistics and the development needs in the future,points out the necessity of cooperating with a professional and comprehensive third-party logistics supplier that suits its development needs.It can optimize its supply chain logistics,expand the coverage scope of existing regional distribution centers,and improve efficiency for distribution.Secondly,under the guidance of the classic supplier evaluation theory,a third-party logistics supplier evaluation index system was constructed according to the specific conditions of MF Company,then qualitative and quantitative methods were used to evaluate all the candidates and concluded that EA was the best choice.Finally,according to the above selection,the theory of set coverage is used as a theoretical basis to transform the question of selection for distribution centers into the problem of covering all demand points with the minimum number of service points.A 0-1 integer programming model is established to solve it.Then estimates the average operating cargo volume of each distribution center and the profits and service rates of EA based on the estimated demand,a preliminary design of the cooperation then proposed and provids an effective reference for both sides.The research results of this paper providsa solution to enterprises who hope toimprove supply chain logistics system through cooperating with third-party supply chain companies instead of building up distribution centers for their own,which is strongly practical.
