| Ruguan kiln porcelain in the Northern Song Dynasty is one of the most important ceramics in Chinese history,with high collection value and cultural value.Its appearance marked the great progress of Chinese ancient ceramic making technology;In addition,the amount of existence is very limited,so it has a high value of cultural relics and rarity;It shows the aesthetic pursuit and innovative spirit of people in Song Dynasty.This study mainly explores the imitation method of Ruguan kiln porcelain in Northern Song Dynasty by modern firing technology.The research methods include literature research,field investigation and so on.Research on the extant handed down Ru Guan Kiln porcelain.Through research,collect the Northern Song Dynasty Ruguan kiln porcelain firing method and raw ore glaze production,and carry on detailed analysis.At the same time,the detailed process between modern firing technology and raw ore glaze is understood in detail.Through the research of the existing Ruguan kiln porcelain handed down from generation to generation,the production of the porcelain body of the Northern Song Dynasty Ruguan Kiln was completed and the raw glaze was fired.Based on the rules of the above research,the author creates and applies again.Finally record and summarize the perfect imitation method of Ru Guan kiln porcelain.Ru kiln porcelain imitation from billet system to glaze and finally to firing each step has strict requirements;According to the results obtained from the author’s practice,it is necessary to select the local mud that has been settling for more than three years,and then it can be used by panning and settling.The author can know that the calcined agate needs to be crushed,filtered and treated with iron removal before it can be used.In addition,new materials are added on the basis of the original research,such as talc powder,bauxite,grass and wood ash,potassium feldspar,ilmenite,meat stone,quartzite,calcite,etc.,in order to increase the stability of glaze.In the firing aspect,the recommended firing time is about 3 hours before the basic temperature rises to 500℃.500 ° C to 600 ° C The recommended temperature increase is150 ° C per hour.600 ° C to 700 ° C The recommended temperature increase is 100 ° C per hour.700 ° C to 800 ° C The recommended temperature increase is 50 ° C per hour.At 900℃ to 1050℃ for weak reduction,this stage is recommended to burn for 3 to 4hours.1050℃ to 1120℃ is the strong reduction stage,at this time at least three hours of firing. |
