Abstract/Summary:
The catalytic cracking slurry of a refining and chemical company in Guangdong was treated by high temperature centrifugal filtration,and the purified slurry basically met the requirements of blending low sulfur Marine fuel oil.However,VOCs generated in the process of high temperature environment not only have environmental hazards,but also bring health risks to the field operators,in addition,there are also high energy consumption,high maintenance costs.Therefore,it is particularly important to develop a safe,efficient and stable decontamination technology to improve the environmental protection benefits and economic benefits of enterprises.This paper took the slurry as the research object,analyzed its composition characteristics,screened out the best decementing scheme through pre-experiment,and further optimized its reaction parameters,and finally designed a set of industrial design scheme of efficient decementing and purification technology of FCC slurry with a capacity of 2 t/h.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)By analyzing the composition characteristics of FCC slurry,it is found that the slurry density and viscosity are large at room temperature,ash content and silicon +Aluminum content are 0.45% and 1330 mg/kg,respectively;The content of heteroatoms S and N in the slurry is moderate(0.84% and 0.35%,respectively),which can be used to blend low-sulfur Marine fuel oil.The analysis results of the four components are basically consistent with the results calculated by H/C,and the average proportion of aromatic components is 70.15%,which is of high commercial value.The main elements of solid particles in FCC slurry are Al and Si,and the volume average particle size is 4.469 μm,of which 95% particle size is less than 12.040 μm,which is difficult to separate by conventional treatment method.(2)Chemical fertilizer was determined by the experiments to explore the hot wash-centrifugal separation of solid solution,using the incoming calories,weight additives as carrier,adding the settlement agent break the stability of slurry system,realize the coalescence of tiny powder and additive demulsifier strengthen additives separation recycling,finally through the centrifugal process achieve rapid,efficient separation of solid purpose,It has the advantages of low operating temperature,low safety risks,high defixation efficiency and short treatment cycle.(3)Optimization of reaction parameters shows that when the treatment temperature is 70℃,the volume ratio of FCC slurry to weight additive is 10:3.The dosage of YT-CS-11 sedimentation agent was 4 mg/g and stirred for 30 min,then 1.5 mg/g YT-PE-11 demulsifier was added for 1 h and centrifuged at a centrifugal speed of 7000 r/min for 1h.Under this condition,after purification,Ash energy decreased to about 0.033%,silicon and aluminum content to 54 mg/kg;Add additives reuse data.(4)On the basis of experimental optimization,a set of industrial program of FCC slurry defixation and purification technology with a capacity of 2 t/h is designed.The equipment investment of the program is about 1,187,15 yuan,and the slurry treatment cost is 142.9 yuan /t.The purified slurry after treatment meets the requirements of blending and blending low-sulfur Marine fuel oil.It is estimated that the economic benefit of each ton of slurry can be increased by 646.5 yuan.
