Beam pumping units are widely used in domestic and worldwide oil fields at the present time.The normal operation of the pumping unit has a huge power consumption cost,and the oilfield site has very urgent requirements for improving oil production efficiency and saving energy and reducing consumption.The research content proposed in this thesis stands on the shoulders of the predecessors who studied the frequency conversion speed regulation of pumping wells,developed a system for the frequency conversion control of pumping unit well groups based on the common DC bus technology.Based on the control technology of variable frequency speed regulation,the concept of regional cooperative control optimization,combined with differential evolution algorithm and GA,the energy of pumping well group can be better coordinated utilization,and the energy of negative power generation can be reduced and rationally utilized,and realizes the single pumping unit well.The winwin results of the best operating state and the synergistic optimization of system energy fully utilize the group control advantages of oilfield well groups,which can achieve substantial energy conservation and consumption reduction,and greatly improve oilfield production benefits.For the energy-saving optimization of pumping unit well groups and the utilization of power generation,the realization path of this thesis is: according to the downhole working conditions combined with the empirical formula to determine the single well stroke,by building a Matlab simulation model of the pumping unit simulation operation,set the stroke as Set the value,obtain forty sets of data of time and motor frequency,time and motor power under the condition of fixed stroke and frequency conversion,fit the data to obtain a three-dimensional model,then DE is used to improve the frequency of single well motor with constrained boundary.The suitable frequency distribution of the single-well motor is obtained according to the field conditions.Based on this,the optimal phase difference between the individual wells of the pumping unit group is calculated by the genetic algorithm,so as to satisfy: the total power of the overall operation of the well group is the smallest during the large period of common operation.In this way,the coordinated optimization of the operating energy of the well group can be achieved,the energy saving and consumption reduction of the pumping unit well group system can be realized,and the oilfield benefit can be improved.
