| Cyclone plate gas-liquid separator is widely used in natural gas separation,wet flue gas desulfurization and decarbonization,etc.,due to its advantages of strong spinning capacity,high efficiency and difficulty in clogging.However,cyclone plate has the disadvantage of high pressure drop at high gas volume.The vibrating grid plate defogger has the advantages of small volume and low energy consumption,but it has not been reported in flue gas desulfurization and purification system.In this paper,the key structural factors and operating parameters such as the swirl plate blade Angle were studied by combining experimental and simulation methods.The gas-liquid two-phase flow field and droplet track were observed by numerical simulation under different inlet velocity,which provided reference for the selection of swirl plate separator in industrial application.Vibration is investigated through the experiment of grating installation(vertical,horizontal and diagonal),the vibration of the grating layer(single and double),the distance between the nozzle and vibration grating(50,220 mm)and vibration grid placement Angle(0 °,45 ° and 90 °)influence on separation efficiency and pressure drop,and further compares the vibration grating and wire mesh mist performance,It provides the foundation for the engineering application of vibrating grid plate.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)Compared with the tangential velocity and axial velocity at different interface positions of the reference structure,the tangential velocity decreases gradually with a large decrease and the centrifugal force is low.The axial velocity increases with the increase of the section position,which is conducive to the downward flow of droplets along the cylinder wall.By comparing the internal flow field,two-phase pressure drop and separation efficiency of different cyclone plate elevation angles,it can be seen that the maximum tangential velocity and axial velocity at the same section decrease greatly with the increasing of elevation Angle.With the increase of elevation Angle,the pressure drop decreases gradually,and the drop rate is large.The separation efficiency decreases gradually,and the maximum efficiency gas velocity point moves backward when the elevation Angle is 40° and 50°.(2)In single plate state,horizontal-90° has lower energy consumption,lower pressure drop and higher separation efficiency than vertical-90°.In the same plate number and separator structure and droplet size in the same condition,compare the three kinds of vibration grating placed Angle(0°,45°,90°)influence on separation performance,found that the vibration grating Angle 45 °,the minimum pressure drop 90 °pressure drop,the largest of 0 ° separation efficiency,the largest 90 ° minimum efficiency,0 ° and 45 ° separation efficiency is about 1%.It is better to consider the vertical-45°structure of the veneer comprehensively.Under the vertical structure of-45°,the effects of different droplet sizes on the separation performance of the vibrating grid plate were compared.It was found that droplets with small particle sizes were not easy to be captured by the vibrating grid plate and the separation efficiency was low.Under the same droplet size and structure form,the vertical double plate separation efficiency is higher than the SP standard screen defogger at low gas speed,lower than the screen defogger at high gas speed,the pressure drop of vibrating grid plate is always lower than the screen defogger at any gas speed;It is found that the separation efficiency of the combined defogger is higher than that of the cyclone plate defogger,and the pressure drop increases less.Can achieve the purpose of improving efficiency and protecting resistance.(3)The difference between the calculated results of the pressure drop model and the experimental results in this paper is less than 7%,and the difference between the calculated results and the experimental results under different structures in other literatures is less than 13%,indicating that the cyclone plate pressure drop model is more reliable. |
