| The cladding leakage blocking equipment is a modular,lightweight and portable maintenance machine designed for the leakage problem of large deformation damage of oil and gas pipelines.In order to solve the sealing problem of the equipment,the solid sealing ring sealing scheme and active sealing scheme of pressurized sealing pipe are designed according to the existing static sealing technology.The sealing performance of the two sealing schemes is studied by simulation and experiment.The main research contents are as follows:(1)By analyzing the structure of the cladding leakage blocking equipment,its sealing requirements are obtained,and then two sets of sealing schemes are designed in combination with the sealing principle of O-type rubber sealing ring and airbag sealing.The structure,bonding scheme and operation process of solid sealing ring and the pressurized sealing pipe were designed in detail.(2)The sealing structure of the cladding leakage blocking equipment on the rubbermetal contact surface and the rubber-rubber contact surface is analyzed and simplified,and several sets of experimental devices are designed according to the simplified model,so that the feasibility of the two sets of sealing schemes in the cladding leakage blocking equipment is experimentally researched.(3)The sealing process of the active sealing scheme of pressurized sealing pipe on the rubber-metal contact surface and the rubber-rubber contact surface was simulated and analyzed by Abaqus software.The sealing process is divided into three analysis steps,so as to obtain the stress distribution cloud map of the sealing pipe and the contact stress curve between it and the adjacent contact surface in each sealing stage.According to the simulation results,the sealing performance of the active sealing scheme of pressurized sealing pipe and whether the strength of the rubber material of the sealing pipe itself can meet the work requirements are verified.(4)The experimental bench and experimental scheme were designed and the related prototypes were processed.The experimental research on the sealing performance of the active sealing scheme of the pressurized sealing pipe in the practical application of the cladding leakage blocking equipment was carried out.Through multiple sets of experiments,the sealing performance of the active sealing scheme of the pressurized sealing pipe was verified,and the initial pressure and bolt pre-tightening force required for the sealing scheme to achieve sealing were determined,and the sealing scheme was optimized according to the experimental results.The research results show that the active sealing scheme of pressurized sealing pipe fully meets the sealing requirements of the cladding leakage blocking equipment,and the structure is simple and the sealing performance is reliable.The sealing scheme has certain reference significance for other types of leakage blocking equipment to solve the sealing problem. |
