| With the increasing amount of space debris,the normal operation of spacecraft in orbit is also greatly threatened.At present,the active removal of space debris has become the consensus of the space community.Flexible net capture technology is a research hotspot in the field of space debris removal.This technology removes space debris by deploying flexible net through mission Cube launch.It has the characteristics of large capture range,high fault tolerance,long capture distance,low cost and small collision and damage effect.However,the flexible mesh exhibits nonlinear characteristics such as high flexibility,large displacement and large deformation,which makes the flexible mesh prone to winding and knotting in the unfolding process.Based on space debris removal scheme,this paper designs a cubic star for space debris removal of task,the key design its payload — flexible capture device,in the space flexible network configuration design and capture dynamics research,tries to reveal the flexible network expansion and dynamics mechanism and influence factors in the process of collision,and conducted the capture test validation.(1)Space debris removal device design.Then based on a batch of space debris removal of task and the corresponding space debris removal system,the detailed design of the task of clearing system cubic structure and its overall layout,according to the task of cubic star structure design and the working principle of the flexible net removal technology,mainly design the cubic star payload-flexible capture device structure and working process,According to the spider web images collected and extracted by "web bionics" design idea,the mathematical concept of "undirected graph" is adopted to design five flexible web structures of four,five,six,eight and dodecagon.(2)Study on dynamic mechanism of flexible net deployment process.Based on centralized mass method was deduced flexible network system dynamics model,this paper expounds the flexible network simulation calculation process and the technical key points of construction process of the flexible network evaluation index,compared the flexible network in mass ejection and rotation of the simulation results and comparison results show that compared with the traditional flexible net mass ejection way,The flexible capture device designed in this paper can maintain a better network configuration after rotating the flexible network,with a higher success rate of stable network deployment and better fault tolerance in space debris removal.(3)Study on dynamic mechanism of flexible net collision process.Using nonlinear spring damping model based on the theory of Hertz collision impact dynamics of flexible net with the target model is established,the comparison and analysis the different flexible network configurations in plane,line and point three collision the internal force change,mesh deformation under the condition of dynamic characteristics,such as comparison results show that the flexible the initial collision with the target for face,line and point contact of three cases,The structure performance of flexible mesh with octagonal configuration is better than other configurations.In addition,the influence of different collision speeds on the collision process is compared and analyzed.The comparison results show that higher collision speeds reduce the reliability of the flexible net acquisition process,but reduce the acquisition time,so that the flexible net can approach and capture the target faster.(4)Experimental study of ground capture.Based on the design of mission Cube and its payload,relevant ground capture experiments were carried out,and the reference significance of ground demonstration tests for debris removal tasks of flexible network in space environment was analyzed,and the correctness of flexible network deployment and impact dynamics modeling was verified.In this paper,a Cube Sat payload used for space debris removal is designed,the space flexible net configuration is designed and the capture dynamics is studied,and ground capture experiments are carried out for verification.The research results of this paper not only provide reference for the configuration design of space flexible net,but also provide,theoretical analysis and experimental support for the design of space debris removal device,and the realization of space debris acquisition task,which is of great significance for the research of active space debris removal technology. |
