| As an important part of intelligent manufacturing,the running state information of CNC equipment is an important indicator of the performance of intelligent equipment.In this regard,it is of great significance for the effective use and research of equipment to accurately obtain the information of equipment operation status.In this paper,a set of numerical control equipment test system for batch manufacturing production line is designed,which supports 10-channel displacement measurement,60-channel temperature measurement,40-channel strain measurement,6-channel drive shaft current measurement,8-channel machine tool vibration measurement,2-channel noise measurement,2-channel acoustic emission signal measurement,temperature measurement accuracy of ± 0.1°C,coordinate measurement accuracy of ±1μm,serial communication and host computer transmission data.The system can preprocess and analyze the collected data,and reflect the current operating status health information of CNC equipment according to the extracted data feature values,so that operators can adjust the parameters of the equipment in time.The compensation model of thermal error of machine tool is analyzed.The thermal error compensation circuit module and controller designed and manufactured independently are used to compensate the thermal error of machine tool,which effectively reduces the thermal error of machine tool by 35%-65%.The test system has been applied by enterprises and national appraisal,which verifies the completeness and reliability of its functions.The main work is as follows:1)The sensors of displacement,temperature and vibration are selected and calibrated.Through the construction of the parameter acquisition and testing system,the displacement,temperature,thermal error,vibration,strain,noise and acoustic emission signals of CNC machine tools are collected.The specific work includes the design of signal conditioning and acquisition circuit module,the C program design of lower computer data reading and the design of upper computer interface module.2)Completed the construction of the test platform,realized the integration of system equipment,and completed the integration of various parameters of the host computer interface module.3)The thermal error compensation system of CNC machine tool is built,and the establishment of thermal error compensation model is analyzed based on least squares and support vector machine algorithm.The thermal error compensation function of machine tool is realized by establishing the communication between hardware compensation device and machine tool.The specific work includes the design of the thermal error compensation circuit module,the production of the controller,the C program design of the controller,and the hardware connection between the thermal error compensation circuit module and the machine tool.4)The built CNC equipment test and compensation system is applied in enterprises and identified by national institutions.After application and identification,the functional feasibility and reliability of the system are verified. |
