| With the vigorous development of domestic and foreign trade,it has led to the prosperity of inland waterway navigation,and the volume of shipping has continued to increase;Coupled with the continuous progress of shipbuilding technology,ships show a trend of large-scale development,resulting in deeper and deeper drafts of ships,which is more likely to cause ship grounding accidents,which seriously threatens the safe navigation of ships and affects the efficient transportation of ships.Ship tonnage is constantly increasing,especially when sailing in shallow waters,there will be a clear shallow water effect,and the squat generated by the hull is more significant,making it easier for ships to run aground.One of the main causes of the accident is the uncertainty of the sinking value generated by the ship while sailing,and there is currently no monitoring system that can monitor the draft of the ship,and the measurement accuracy is low,so that it is not possible to accurately determine the excess water depth suitable for the safe navigation of the ship.In order to accurately and quickly measure the squat amount of inland bulk carriers during navigation and ensure the safety of ship navigation,this thesis uses a high-precision ship draft monitoring system based on STC8A8K+MS5837 to measure the sailing vessel.The squat amount.The system is composed of an upper computer and a lower computer,and the upper computer includes the core part Cortex-A9 processor,Linux system,LCD screen,battery module and storage module,the lower computer includes single-chip microcomputer STC8A8 K and pressure sensor MS5837.The system is easy to install,high in real-time,and the measurement accuracy can reach 0.1mm.In this thesis,an inland river bulk carrier was selected,the draft monitoring system of the bulk carrier was installed in the bow,middle and stern of the bulk carrier,and eight shallow w ater areas were selected in the Lower Yangtze River basin,and the speed of the ship to the wat er was measured at the depth of 1.2,1.5,2.0,2.5and3.0 under the working conditions of 3kn,4k n,5kn,6kn and 7kn respectively.Then,the measured data is corrected and processed,the algor ithm is used to correct the systematic error in the measurement,and the median filtering meth od is used to reduce and filter the measured data for the accidental error,so as to obtain the ac curate ship squat.Finally,the regression analysis of the modified and treated subsidence was c arried out using SPSS software,and the regression equation of the bulk carrier squat under dif ferent water depth draft ratio conditions was fitted,and the change law between the navigation squat of inland bulk carrier and the ship-to-water velocity and water depth draft ratio was fou nd.After analyzing and processing the measured data,the change law of ship squat is obtain ed,and the change law of sinking volume returned in this thesis is compared with the waterlin e change data based on the recorded image,and after comparison verification,the two results are very close,indicating that the regression equation has a high fit and good significance,wh ich can indicate that the ship’s squat amount has a significant linear relationship with the ship’s water velocity and water depth draft ratio,thereby laying the foundation for ensuring the saf e navigation of the ship and the correction of draft calculation error. |
