| In order to adapt to the target of intelligent city and intelligent water service construction,in view of the current situation of frequent waterlogging in urban rainstorm and flood,the theoretical background and practical significance of urban storm water simulation and analysis is systematically analyzed.Recent domestic and foreign advances of urban storm water calculation and simulation methods are prospected.And typical urban storm water simulation models,such as SWMM,STORM,HSPF,Wallinford Model,SLAMM,and TRRL,are discusses in full details.The basic principle,function division and model element of SWMM model is researched,which provides theoretical background of model application.From the basic principle of one and two dimensional couple hydrodynamic calculation model,the process simulation and warning release programs of urban storm water is constructed.The measured flow and rainstorm flood calculations are brought out,and urban rainstorm flood analysis based on SWMM model is also performed.The waterlogging alert indications based on rain alert degree are determined,and the flood alert public release programs are formulated.Taking Wuhan city of Hubei Province as a typical demonstration area,the hydrological monitoring database of rainfall,water level and water quality is constructed.The data of land use,topography,catchment area,underground pipe network and rainfall data are collected systematically.The model of Rainstorm Flood flood calculation is designed.The SWMM model based on GIS is constructed,and the calculation and drainage process of urban rainstorm flood and waterlogging are carried out,and the rainfall is based on rainfall.Flood alert degree indications have delimited the main waterlogging points such as residential area,school,road overpass and other main waterlogging points to realize the rapid identification of waterlogging points and the positioning of waterlogging early warning information.The alert information is carried out through short message and We Chat public number,so as to facilitate public public understanding of urban waterlogging in time and formulate effective countermeasures for urban flood control planning and rainwater.It provides the basis for pipeline network design,rainstorm waterlogging early warning and emergency rescue drill.Skyline geographical information platform is selected,and underlay information,such as topography,meteorological and hydrological processes,water quality monitoring sections,Digital Elevation Model(DEM),land use,road,and underground pipelines,is comprehensively collected and arranged,which facilitates the construction of spatial information management system.The research and development of the urban rain and flood simulation and warning system based on GIS to realize the rapid identification of waterlogging points and the positioning of waterlogging warning information is of great significance for reducing the loss of urban flood disaster.The results can not only provide auxiliary decision-making for urban emergency disaster reduction,but also provide effective technical support for the construction and management of intelligent cities. |
