According to the basic situation of rainwater utilization in Xinyang city residential area, considering the effect of flooding and runoff at the typical level of Fengpingkan, the different underlying surface of the plot is analyzed based on the SWMM storm runoff model.,Taking into account the impact of ground infiltration and catchment of water quality, put forward the method of determining the available water.A reasonable allocation of water resources was carried out for different rainwater harvesting and utilization schemes. In this paper, based on the basic theory of urban and water resources utilization and production and flood convergence, this paper uses the calculation method of surface rainfall distribution and the model of slope hydrodynamic model, and uses the urban rainwater flood simulation software SWMM to analyze the water balance Rainwater utilization program.Method to carry out engineering research,to determine the simulation area, the basic data collection, including weather data, underlying data and official website data and so on.The model of urban rainwater simulation was established to determine the operating parameters of the model. The rainstorm simulation of the modeling area was carried out by the regional rainfall data. The SWMM software was used to analyze the runoff and sink, taking into account the impact of the annual rainfall on the runoff characteristics,The water efficiency calculation, water quality calculation and analysis, set up a variety of rainwater harvesting scheme and rainwater utilization scheme were analyzed, and the comprehensive benefit of different schemes was analyzed and analyzed. The rainwater harvesting of the plot was analyzed for the three typical years. The optimal planning and optimal processing of the scheme are summarized.
