Research On IT Planning Model Building Of Civil Aviation Industry Based On Knowledge Management

The unique advantages of air transportation,such as quickness,safety,comfort and accessibility,not only establish an independent industrial status in the modern comprehensive transportation system,but also become a leading national strategic industry.With the proposed concept of“comprehensively advancing the construction of civil aviation and a strong nation”proposed by the Civil Aviation Administration of China,the development of the civil aviation industry will enter a new phase and will require the simultaneous development of informatization to support it.However,with the continuous construction of information systems,the efficiency of civil aviation companies’ operations and management has not been significantly improved.Instead,many information islands and IT planning problems have emerged.The implementation of information technology has also entered a quagmire.IT planning problems have become increasingly prominent,more typical and common problems.It is the technological environment,IT organization structure,industry environment,management and so on.Analysing the technical architecture of IT planning can largely avoid and solve the above problems.However,if you want to find a suitable civil aviation industry IT planning technical system architecture,you must use civil aviation industry knowledge and experience to find a system framework suitable for your own development.From the perspective of knowledge management,this paper addresses the urgent needs of civil aviation IT planning,focuses on the content and methods of knowledge management,explores IT planning methods and processes,and builds an IT planning model suitable for the development of civil aviation industry.The thesis systematically analyzed the knowledge management and IT planning research,studied the development process of knowledge management in the civil aviation industry,conducted in-depth analysis of knowledge management and IT planning,and designed a civil aviation industry based on a knowledge management system based on the TOGAF model.The IT planning model,which elaborates on the civil aviation industry IT construction from the four aspects of the overall planning,application planning,data planning and infrastructure planning.Finally,combined with the airport airport’s comprehensive supervision platform of Yunnan Airport Group,it analyzes the implementation and implementation effect of civil aviation industry IT planning model based on knowledge management,and demonstrates the importance of knowledge management for IT planning.The thesis provides method guidance for civil aviation industry IT planning,optimizes civil aviation industry informatization construction,and provides reference for IT planning and construction in other industries.However,due to its own ability and time constraints,these only researches and applies the propagation characteristics of knowledge management.The integration of explicit knowledge and tacit knowledge,internalization and circulation process is not thorough enough,and how to dig out the hidden knowledge of enterprises for IT.The use of planning is the research direction,and we hope to explore it further in practice and research.At the same time,after the application of the system assessment,retrospective analysis of the implementation of the civil aviation industry IT plan,the problems in the implementation process need to formulate real-time measures and solutions,clear information construction to solve engineering problems,risk analysis and capacity assessment,for the later optimization and improvement The reference of the system is also the key research direction of these in the future.
