Research And Application Of Knowledge Sharing Technology And Platform For Civil Aviation Maintenance Enterprises

Civil aviation maintenance enterprises whose knowledge is mainly divided into explicit knowledge and tacit knowledge,are knowledge-intensive.Therefore,the knowledge management of civil aviation maintenance enterprises mainly aims at these two kinds of knowledge.At the same time,knowledge sharing is one of the most important methods in knowledge management.Taking a civil aviation maintenance enterprise in China as an example,the thesis expounds and analyzes the problems existing in the development and application of knowledge sharing technology in civil aviation maintenance enterprises:① Employees’ own factors,such as lack of awareness or personal interests;② nnowledge level difference among employees easily affects the effect of knowledge transfer;③ The tacit knowledge in the expression,collection and communication difficulties;④ Defects of enterprise management system,such as lack of effective incentive system;⑤ The existing information platform of the enterprise lacks the way to disseminate tacit knowledge: Only having “know what” knowledge,lacking of “know why”knowledge and “know how to do” knowledge.The thesis expounds and analyzes the problems of civil aviation maintenance enterprises in the development and application of knowledge sharing technology.In view of these shortcomings,the thesis studies the key technology exhibition of civil aviation maintenance enterprises in the development and application of knowledge sharing technology,and obtains the following results:(1)This thesis combed through the aircraft maintenance knowledge and management method of civil aviation enterprises,and its characteristics were: ① Building up the model of aircraft maintenance knowledge description,which mainly uses the knowledge map to classify and association knowledge;② Coming up with the aircraft maintenance knowledge management method,based on the aircraft maintenance knowledge description model,is published by the employee,which is reviewed,updated and recorded by experts,and the validity of the original knowledge is confirmed regularly.(2)Using the aircraft maintenance knowledge sharing technology of civil aviation enterprises to carry out the knowledge management,which is characterized by: ① Building up the transfer model of the tacit knowledge;② Building up the model of tacit knowledge transformed into explicit knowledge;③ Building up the model of aircraft fault maintenance data transferred to explicit knowledge.(3)Building an aircraft maintenance knowledge ontology for civil aviation enterprises,which features are: ① The unified standard of knowledge terms;② By establishing the relationship between the knowledge label and ontology terminology of civil aviation maintenance,the ordering of maintenance data is promoted.
