Research And Implementation Of Material Management System Of Construction Enterprise Based On JMI

Material management is one of the important work of the construction enterprise management,the cost of material purchase and inventory management occupies a large proportion of the capital flow.The traditional information management of material management is low and the methods of management are backward.It is unable to adapt to the lean management requirements under the new competitive situation.JMI(Joint Inventory Management)is an effective solution that takes the information sharing mode of materials and supply chain participants to reduce the cost of the entire material supply chain and improve the efficiency of material supply.This article is based on JMI pattern and the knowledge of system engineering and computer science and technology has been deeply studied that material management system of construction enterprises,the main research work and results are as follows:First of all,through comparison and analysis of the traditional material management model,work flow and JMI based material management model and process.It is concluded that the JMI mode has distinct advantages in material management,mainly in reducing the inventory and cost of all parties,improving information sharing level and achieving win-win cooperation.Secondly,with the background of JMI model,and use the software engineering method to design the material management system based on JMI.Through the idea of software engineering is used of detail designed of overall architecture,function module and database of the system.The system mainly includes 6 functional modules,such as purchasing plan,purchasing management,inventory management,joint material center,basic data and system setting.Finally,the construction enterprise material management system based on JMI is realized by using Web development technology,SQL Server2005,Tomcat and so on.And through the concrete application,it is proved that the system can improve the information level of the material management of the construction enterprises and realize the sharing of material information.The research results in this paper have some reference value for building materials management,and provide a reference method for improving the information level of building materials management.
