Problems And Countermeasures That Exist At The Scene Of The Construction Enterprise Security Management

With the rapid development of our civilization,the number of construction enterprises and workers has exploded over the past years.The construction industry is wide and complex,labor-intensive and mobile operating.However,the failure of implementation of the safety management leads to frequent security incidents,which bring great pain to those person hurt in accidents and their families,huge impact to enterprises,and cause tremendous loss to our country.By analyzing the concept of safety administration of building project being under construction,this paper finds out the reason that leads to the safety accidents and constructs a management strategy accordingly with mathematical statistics and reference analysis.Taking construction enterprise A and the safety management of its project for an example,this paper provides a basic solution to the problem exists in safety administration of the construction enterprise and site after a series of research and data collection.This paper elaborates on how to build a safety administration index system to improve the safety management scientifically and identify influential factors of it effectively.On the basis of"worker,machine,material,method" and "environment",taking construction enterprise A and the safety administration situation of its project,this paper studies on sampling research of the index weight of analytic hierarchy process under the principle of data collection.And these data are imputed into the Yaahp software to do a simulated application test.After analyzing the weight of each index of the safety administration with the test result,it is expected that with this analysis result,construction enterprise A could develop effective safety precaution,enhance management ability,and make a difference that can be learned from.The last,taking the latest development of modern information technology into consideration,this paper proposes to build database system,potential safety hazard identification monitoring system,and security emergency command system to supervise and control the safety management to improve the construction enterprise safety management ability effectively,and offers support to build a scientific and reasonable safety administration system for construction enterprise and project accordingly.
