With the growth of China’s national economy and the acceleration of urbanization,the construction curtain wall industry has developed from scratch,from foreign capital oriented to domestic enterprises as the leading industry,from the way of imitation and introduction to independent research and development and innovation,the whole industry has achieved a leap forward development,and the industry competition has become increasingly fierce.As the first camp company in curtain wall industry,L company has always been in the forefront of the industry in terms of market popularity and market share,and its technology and engineering construction capacity have also been at the forefront of the industry.However,with the aggravation of the market competition environment,L company must continue to strengthen its management if it wants to maintain its competitive advantage.As a construction enterprise mainly engaged in physical project management,L company plays an important role in project material supply management.To solve the problem of project material supply management is helpful to reduce the cost of project material supply,accelerate the transformation from material products to production value,improve the capital turnover efficiency,and then improve the competitive advantage of the enterprise,which is of positive significance to the operation and management of L company.Through the investigation of material supply status of many projects in L company,this paper has learned the status quo of material supply task,supply process,management organization,management system and management process.At the same time,through the analysis of the current situation of material supply process performance of L company,we know the influencing factors.Through benchmarking with benchmarking enterprises,the direction of process performance improvement and the specific objectives of management optimization are determined.This paper uses the theory of business process optimization to determine the management optimization idea which is guided by material supply performance,centered on business process management and guaranteed by organization,system and technology.On this basis,through the analysis of the factors affecting the performance,the main problems of the material supply business process of L company are found out,and the corresponding business process optimization scheme is put forward,that is,taking the "overall planning management" business process as the core,dominating other business processes to form linkage,so as to improve the purpose of process performance.At the same time,three management optimization schemes are put forward,including organization optimization,system optimization and information optimization,so as to further promote the optimization of material supply management.Finally,this paperputs forward the implementation strategy and safeguard measures,which provides ideas for the implementation of management optimization scheme.This paper enriches the project material management cases of curtain wall industry,which helps L company improve the matching rate,timeliness rate and quality qualification rate of project material supply,and provides ideas for the company’s refined management improvement and the company’s efficiency improvement.At the same time,this paper can also be used for reference by the curtain wall industry.
