As an important part of the rolling piston compressor, vane’s motion characteristics and its correlation between the internal clearance leakage, are of great significance for improving the working efficiency of the compressor.Current research on these two aspects,At present, for the research of these two aspects, there are still insufficient analysis of the motion characteristics of the vane film in the void state, and the leakage model is not suitable for practical problems. In this paper, the vane of rolling piston compressor is taken as the research object.Firstly, from the theoretical point of view, the mathematical model of the normal and lost motion of the sliding vane is established;Through the experimental means, the high-speed camera is used to capture and shoot the separation between the vane and the piston, comparing the theoretical calculations and experimental data, the motion characteristics of the vane in the state of the void and the collision between the vane and the piston at the end of the separation are analyzed. The leakage characteristics of the vane-piston,vanechute,vane-end cap are studied in combination with the motion characteristics of the vane. The specific research content of this paper has the following aspects:(1)Mathematical modeling of the normal working condition of the rolling piston compressor slide and the movement in the state of the void is established;Under normal working conditions, the motion law of the vane is consistent with the piston due to the constraints of the piston. However, when the phenomenon of separation occurs, the vane is no longer constrained by the piston. From the theoretical point of view, the process can be divided into four stages:solid contact, virtual contact, separation, and re-contact,and the separation part can be considered as a single-degree-of-freedom vibration system with damping.(2)The experimental research on the vane and piston separation phenomenon occurring under the low-speed working condition of the current inverter compressor is carried out by using high-speed photography to capture the motion trajectory of the sliding plate in the state of vacancy, and according to the image processing, the speed and acceleration data of the slide film of the state are obtained. The experimental results show that the separation is a special motion behavior of the vane under the condition of the compressor. When the acceleration provided by the external force of the vane is sufficiently large, the separation phenomenon will disappear.Comparing the theoretical calculations and experimental results,it is found that the theoretical model can better predict the angle of the start and end of the vane’s separation, and can describe the speed variation of the vane during the separation process, but the two are at the end of the void. The difference in peak acceleration of the slider is significant.(3)According to the experimental results, the influence of the void on the sliding-piston moving pair is analyzed. It is found that when the vane is in the separation stage, the separation distance between the vane and the piston is too large, and the compressor no longer has the function of compressing gas. Therefore, there is no leakage between the vane-piston clearance; And at the end of the separation, there will be at least one collision between the vane and the piston. When the collision is severe,it will cause the slide to bounce and then hit the piston again.(4)Based on the motion characteristics of the vane, the gas-liquid two-phase dynamic leakage model of the vane-chute,vane-end cap is established by using Fluent and dynamic mesh technology; The leakage characteristics of the two channels and the effects of the movement of the vane, the internal pressure of the compressor, the viscosity of the lubricating oil and the rotational speed of the eccentric shaft on the leakage of the two channels are described in detail by numerical simulation; The results show that the motion characteristics of the vane have a significant effect on the leakage of the two channels, especially the vanechute;Factors such as pressure, speed, viscosity of the lubricant, and gap size also have different effects on leakage.
