| In recent years,China’s wind power has been connected to the power grid in large numbers,and the randomness and uncontrollability of the power generation side of the power system have been increasing.At the same time,the demand side is also facing power market reform.Facing the tremendous changes in the power system,expanding the research scope from production to consumption and considering the interactive optimization of generation side and demand side is a feasible way to solve the peak load regulation problem of the power grid and improve the economics of the power grid operation.This paper first proposes a flexible model for nuclear power to participate in the peak load regulation of the generation side.Four sets of 0-1 variables and one set of integer variables are used as the signs of rising power,falling power,full power,low power,and power change stages to construct the safety constraints of the nuclear power unit output and realize the free choice of three speeds,two depths,and 4h-8h low power operation time in the safety range.Compared with existing nuclear power peak load regulation models,it has high flexibility,few variables,good universality.Then,considering the different responses of different types of users on the demand side,mathematically modeling various types of loads with the satisfaction of various types of users as the constraint,both covering the diversity of power users and reflecting the initiative of users to participate in the response degree.Afterwards,based on the mathematical model of both generation and demand,with the goal of interactive economic dispatch of generation and demand,the two optimization problems of optimal generation side economy and optimal demand side economy are converted into single-objective optimization problem about satisfaction of power system through membership function and the interactive optimal dispatch model of nuclear power peak load regulation with wind power access is proposed.Finally,two examples of wind-nuclear-thermal coordinated optimal dispatch and interactive optimal dispatch of nuclear power peak load regulation with wind power access are constructed to complete the modeling solution on GAMS.They verified the feasibility of nuclear power plants using their own excellent power regulation capabilities to participate in power system peak load regulation alone and the effectiveness,economy of the generationdemand interactive optimization model. |
