With the continuous development of economic globalization,the problem of resource shortage and environmental pollution has been aggravated.the construction industry as a large energy consumption,the urgent need for transformation,following the path of green development.The concept of green supply chain is put forward due to the trend.The effective selection of suppliers is a necessary condition for the effective implementation of green supply chain in the construction industry.Therefore,the optimal selection of green building suppliers highlights its important research value and practical significance.Aiming at the important role of green building supplier selection in promoting construction enterprises to implement green building supply chains and its own complexity,this paper defines the connotation of green building supply chainand constructs its conceptual model,Then,based on the research on the characteristics of suppliers in the green building supply chain and the factors affecting the selection of green suppliers in the construction industry,a set of factors affecting the selection of green building suppliers,including product greenness,product qualification rate,green recycling,cultural compatibility,maintenance service capacity,etcis established.Considering that decision experts tend to use social language to give evaluation value in the face of some decision information that is difficult to be quantified,and loss avoidance psychology is often accompanied in the decision-making process.Therefore,the alliance game and cloudization TODIM method is selected for evaluation.First,the cloud model is used to fuzzy quantify the semantic decision information in the dynamic cognitive process,Then,the dynamic weight of the decision maker is determined by computing the decision-maker’s evaluation of the cloud and the cloud model similarity between the cloud and its arithmetic mean cloud based on the combination fuzzy closeness degree.;and finally the classic TODIM is expand into the cloud model environment,and thengather decision-making information to help construction companies choose suitable green building suppliers to carry out long-term cooperationThe results of the case study show that the alliance game-cloud-based TODIM method constructed in this paper can help the construction enterprises to choose satisfactory green building suppliers and provide reference for construction enterprises to successfully implement the green building supply chain management mode and realize their own sustainable development.
