| With the development of modern economy and society,people’s requirements for the ecological environment affected by the construction process are getting higher and higher.In order to respond to the sustainable development of construction,governments at home and abroad have successively issued a series of construction standards and specifications for the protection of the natural ecological environment.In the field of highway engineering construction,green construction organization design is an important part of green construction,and it is also a concrete embodiment of ecological environmental protection construction in the field of highway construction.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to analyze and evaluate the design of green construction organizations with complex construction conditions such as high cold and high altitude in Tibet and optimize accordingly.Due to the special climate,frozen soil environment and altitude,the ecological environment of the Tibetan plateau is very fragile.The construction of high-altitude highways has a great impact on the local ecological environment,and high-intensity construction is easy to cause the freeze-thaw cycle of partially frozen soil,thereby changing the properties of the surrounding soil and causing deterioration and damage to the ecological environment,further promoting the degradation of surface vegetation.At present,highway green construction is in a period of vigorous development,and the quality of organizational design evaluation of highway green construction is related to the sustainable development of highway construction.At present,there are relatively few studies on the evaluation and optimization system of the organization design of highway green construction in the Tibet Plateau in China.Therefore,it is particularly important to establish a set of green highway construction organization design evaluation system that adapts to the development of highway construction in the Tibet Plateau area of China.Based on the DPSIR model theory,five first-level evaluation indicators of Tibet highway green construction organization design were determined: driving force,pressure,state,influence and response.Through the Citespace knowledge graph index extraction method and expert consultation method,23 sub-indicators of secondary evaluation of Tibet highway green construction organization design were optimized.In the index assignment,the qualitative indicators are scientifically quantified to ensure the reliability and scientificity of the scoring data.In terms of index empowerment,the weight of each index is determined by game theory combined weighting,which overcomes the shortcomings of a single subjective or objective empowerment method.According to the selected 23 evaluation indicators,the traditional construction organization design scheme was optimized from three aspects: construction organization structure,green construction technology and construction management,and the green construction organization design scheme of Tibet highway was elaborated.Finally,the built green construction organization design evaluation system is integrated into the preparation of the design plan.Through the comparison of the evaluation models used in the past and the indepth analysis of the characteristics of the evaluation of the green construction organization design of the highway through the village of the Tibet Plateau,the evaluation model combining the one-dimensional cloud model and the twodimensional cloud model was determined.Through the calculation of the degree of affiliation,the subjectivization difference of expert rating is effectively avoided,and the hierarchical division and ambiguity of the index are taken into account.Finally,the model is substituted into the actual case for demonstration,and the results show that the comprehensive cloud model has strong operability and the evaluation results tend to be accurate,which is a scientific and effective evaluation model for the organization design of green construction of Tibet Highway. |
