Study On Spatial Layout Of The New Town-Village System In Chunlin Town Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization

At present,China’s urban-rural relationship is undergoing profound changes.Under the dual development of rapid urbanization,the imbalance between urban and rural development is gradually exposed.With the successive implementation of the strategy of urban-rural balance and urban-rural integration,China has ushered in the period of rural revitalization under the composition of urban and rural development.As a powerful tool for coordinating urban-rural relations at the regional level,town-village system planning will also produce significant adaptive optimization under the goal of rural revitalization of agriculture and rural modernization and the gradually improved territorial spatial planning system.To this end,this paper selects the typical agricultural town Chunlin Township in Pucheng County,a major agricultural county in Guanzhong,which is significantly affected by the modernization of agriculture and rural areas,to try to analyze the planning path and spatial layout that the town-village system planning should have at this stage,so as to optimize the space layout of the urban and rural areas by planning means and create conditions for agriculture and rural areas modernization.Based on the field investigation and collection of relevant data,this paper starts with the current characteristics of the town and village system in Chunlin Town,analyzes the impact of changes in population characteristics,industry development,public service facilities,and spatial environment on the current town-village system level architecture and the influence of spatial layout,combined with the strategy of rural revitalization,from multiple angles,put forward the question of the status quo of the town and village system in Chunlin Town.After that,this paper sorts out the development context of town and village system planning,makes clear its development characteristics and content emphasis in different periods,and puts forward the planning perspective that should be possessed in the current period.And by analyzing and summarizing the current standard requirements and related practical cases,combing the advantages and incompatibility of existing planning methods and paths,re-considering the connotation and extension of town-village system planning,and proposing new ideas from a bottom-up perspective Planning path and content.On this basis,for the core part of the spatial layout of the town and village system planning path,its methods were discussed,including the construction of an ecological spatial network structure based on landscape ecology theory,and the near future of the basic realization of agricultural and rural modernization in 2035,Clarify the layout and structure of agricultural production space,discuss the mutual relationship between production space and living space based on the theory of human-land relationship,and divide the different levels of living space based on the theory of living circle layer,and superimpose ecological production and living space to form a coordinated development of town-village system space Layout structure,and finally the above planning path and spatial layout method are practical applied in Chunlin Town to form a new spatial layout of town-village system.
