Transportation relationship between buildings and structures is complex,The amount of various drainage structures and supporting works has increased significantly,resulting in a substantial increase in the cost of earthwork,on the stepped site.Therefore,there is an urgent need to solve the optimization problem of vertical design on the stepped field.The paper summarizes the main problems of Civil 3D in the application of stepped site vertical design,and optimizes the earthwork quantity,Starting from the basic theory of stepped vertical design,earthwork cost and other aspects of stepped site,based on the analysis of the domestic and foreign research status.(1)Analyze the calculation method of the irregular triangle network TIN model on the stepped site earth volume,combined with the characteristics of the site’s natural terrain changes,taking each irregular triangle area in the TIN model as the weight,the weight assignment method and the height difference range division method are proposed.The original terrain of the site is divided into steps,and the position and slope of the reference step are determined by the step division method.(2)The accuracy of earthwork calculation is decisive for controlling the cost of earthwork.This paper compares and analyzes the traditional earthwork calculation methods,and discusses the deficiencies of Civil 3D software ’s existing earthwork calculation methods.The objective is to establish an optimization model of earthwork volume with constraints of earth-filling and excavation balance,site slope,triangle area in the DEM model,etc.and use the Civil 3D platform to solve the optimization model.(3)The selection criteria of different support structures are summarized,taking into account many factors such as the height difference of the site,the type of the step support structure and the size of the reference step.Taking the minimum cost of earthwork as the goal,combined with the soil layering and the height of the retaining wall and slope,an optimized model of earthwork cost is established.According to the width of the retaining structure and the height of the retaining wall and slope,the cost interval is divided and used The Civil 3D platform optimizes the cost of earthwork.The thesis analyzes and optimizes the amount of earthwork and the cost of earthwork Based on the Civil 3D platform,which has certain theoretical significance for the vertical design optimization of the stepped site,and has certain practical value for the application of Civil 3D software in the stepped site.
