With the concepts of "Industry 4.0" and "Made in China 2025" being successively proposed,automation equipment is widely used in industrial production to minimize manpower operations,even without direct intervention by humans,and use machinery and equipment to completely replace intensive human labor for processing The trend of production becomes more and more obvious.This is industrial automation.In this process,machines and equipment realize automatic operation and process control according to the expected goals.Automation is a comprehensive technology that intersects multiple disciplines such as electronics,machinery,computers,and control.It mainly studies the automatic control of machines.With the rapid development of technology,the cloud "brain" controls the automatic operation of machines to realize the automation and intelligentization of production processes in the foreseeable future.On the other hand,as China’s "demographic dividend period" gradually subsides,China’s population aging trend is intensified,and poor lifestyles are widespread.China’s cancer morbidity and mortality are increasing year by year,but it is limited to the current medical level,most Human cancer cannot be overcome by humans at present,so cancer prevention and early diagnosis are paid more and more attention.However,at present,domestic hospitals still rely mainly on pathologists to "look at the film" when examining patients,that is,to visually identify the tumor site or whole blood of CT images The images of cancer cells are time-consuming and laborious,and may cause misjudgments.In addition,the image acquisition at the cell level in the hospital is often a large electron microscope.Although the accuracy is high,it has a large size and complicated operation.The most important thing is the cost.Higher disadvantages cause inconvenience to medical treatment and scientific research.Aiming at the shortcomings of current cancer cell detection methods and relying on the progress of existing industrial automation,a set of CTC automated detection system based on robotic arm is designed.Different from the traditional microscope,the experimenter needs to manually focus,visually observe,move and take pictures,and then perform subsequent image processing.The system realizes the intelligent and automatic control of the entire process through the software of the host computer,and uses the robotic arm to achieve sampling at a specified position,And then move the sample clip to the microscope for automatic focusing,smooth movement to obtain images,and a series of fully automated microscopic observation steps,so that people can avoid redundant and repeated work steps,effectively save manpower and material resources,and focus on the image Data processing comes up.Among them,it is the focal point of this system that the mechanical arm grips the slide glass and realizes automatic focusing under the microscope to ensure the clearest image is observed.The design and implementation of this function are introduced in detail in this article.In addition,the software part of the host computer also realizes the real-time display of the video stream,so that people no longer need to observe from the microscope eyepiece.Controlling the movement of the robotic arm to observe all fields of view,saving single-frame images of the field of interest,and further image processing to automate the detection and identification of CTC are also elaborated in the article.The main technologies adopted by this system include Internet of Things technology,image processing and recognition,and SDK secondary development.The hardware part mainly includes AIR3 mechanical arm,MF52 fluorescence microscope,QHY163 high-sensitivity CMOS camera,and the host computer software adopts C #,ASP.NET technology and SQLServer database to realize various functions required by this system.The image processing function mainly uses the open source image processing library of Emgu CV and Halcon,which can perform specific operations such as grayscale conversion,histogram equalization,thresholding,edge detection and target recognition on the image.All in all,this paper implements a CTC automated detection system based on a robotic arm,which involves many fields such as machinery,electronics,biology,and medicine.It adapts to the current trend of industrial automation and has good practicality and use value.Moreover,the system also has good scalability,for example,the current popular target recognition based on deep learning can be added to achieve higher accuracy of cancer cell recognition analysis.
