Contrastive Study And Judgment On The Reconstruction Mode Of The Old Community Under The Background Of Renewal

After the reform and opening up,a large number of residential areas have been built in Chinese cities.These residential areas are difficult to meet the current living needs due to the long time spent in construction and the aging of buildings and facilities.As the main residential unit of the urban population,the renewal and development of the old residential district will be related to the social,people’s livelihood and economic issues of the city.Therefore,the renewal and transformation of the old residential areas in the city is an urgent problem faced by the urban renewal and development under the new situation.Firstly,this paper reviews the domestic and foreign research on urban renewal and residential renewal,and analyzes the practical cases of the renewal of old residential areas in Shanghai and Shenzhen.Second to update old district of xiamen city H area practice for empirical research,based on its once explored the independent updating model,and the current go smoothly in the large-scale piece removed then explores its reform mode,and connecting with the residents survey and interviews,found that the current this seemingly successful large-scale demolition reconstruction mode,government spending is bigger,but residents satisfaction evaluation and obtain lower;Although the practice and exploration of self-renewal failed,residents believed that the renewal mode had a high sense of gain and happiness,and the difficulties and experience in it were also worth thinking about and referring to.So on the basis of this,to explore investment is proportional to the efficiency,and sustainable replicable promotion mode of old village renovation,this article from the results of revamping cost,chapter 6,sustainability and participate in the main body’s point of view,reform the old village autonomy update mode and large-scale renovation of an in-depth comparative study.Because the core purpose of the renewal of the old community is to improve residents’ lives and enhance their sense of happiness after the transformation,only in this context can the government’s investment achieve better effects.Therefore,from the perspective of government investment and residents’ gain,this paper attempts to compare the two modes of independent renewal and piecewall reconstruction.Based on the higher comprehensive benefits of reconstruction,optimization suggestions are put forward for the renewal and reconstruction mode of old urban communities.Based on the analysis results of this paper,the conclusion of this paper is finally drawn:it is suggested that the renewal of old urban communities should be based on the independent renewal mode guided by the unified planning of the government,and the autonomous renewal should be improved and promoted through the optimization of the system,and the community,the government and the market should be driven to jointly assist in the renewal of old residential areas.
