Research On The Skin Renovation Design Of The Old Industrial Plants For Cultural And Creative Industry From The Perspective Of Organic Renewal Theory

Under the background of the post-industrial era,the pace of urban renewal and construction in China is getting faster and faster.In many cities,the old industrial plants have been left idle or even abandoned,and their original production functions no longer play a major role,and most of them occupy the urban center.Therefore,the reasonable renovation of these old industrial plants is extremely urgent.At present,the national economy has shifted from the mode of rapid development to the mode of high-quality development.The importance of the tertiary industry has become more and more obvious.The traditional manufacturing and handicraft industry has gradually withdrawn from the public’s attention,replaced by a large number of emerging cultural and creative industry.In recent years,there are a lot of old industrial buildings in the city are converted into text and class construction,but the renovation project also mostly stay in for industrial history symbol of one-sided pursuit of or simple finish paint,the lack of the history for the corresponding texture and culture connotation,wen gen building unique personality also update poses challenges to skin.Therefore,this paper takes the skin renovation of the old industrial plants as the research object,and discusses how to form an overall,diverse and orderly skin renovation from the perspective of the organic renewal theory,so that the old building can get a more effective "rebirth".In this paper,the combination of the old industrial plants and the cultural and creative industry and the development process of its skin renovation are reviewed firstly,then the organic renewal theory under the architectural renovation is proposed,and the value and significance of the organic renewal theory to the skin renovation are analyzed.Combined with the case analysis of the elements and functions of skin renovation,the basic principles of skin renovation from the perspective of the organic renewal theory are summarized:suitability,order,culture,creativity and continuity.Then based on the five principles and the case,the strategy of skin renewal when the old industrial plants is transformed into cultural and creative building is further demonstrated.Finally,the summarized strategy is applied in the design practice to test the feasibility and application effect of the strategy.
