With the development and expansion of the city,the rise of the urban renewal movement,along with the continuous adjustment of the industrial structure,the old industrial factory area that was previously in the center of the city,was largely abandoned or re-enclosed for other purposes,and the value of industrial heritage gradually It was discovered and recognized by people.Those dusty production equipment and machines are no longer dirty and worn out;instead,they are the cultural heritage left by human history,including the technical beauty of human industrial activities.In recent years,the new and old kinetic energy conversion policies proposed by the National Government Conference have made industrial heritage renewal more important in China.The value evaluation and adaptive transformation of industrial heritage are also being further researched and practiced in China.Since the beginning of the 21 st century,based on the theory of housing,open architecture theory has not only adapted to the development of building-level construction systems and indoor filling systems in residential buildings,but also how to fit the global sustainable development direction.Open architecture expands into the fields of architecture such as urban design,public buildings,and industrial buildings.The hierarchical division theory in open architecture adheres to the concept of interaction between environment,architecture and people,and considers the ability to design tolerance for future functional changes-"capacity".Industrial buildings,machinery,workshops,factories,etc.in industrial heritage or industrial heritage often have large volumes.Industrial buildings are usually technical structures such as large-span trusses,with open interiors and a large amount of equipment left over.Renovation of old industrial plants and old industrial buildings,retaining long-life building structural members,replacing short-lived building structural members,allowing industrial buildings to be reused,achieving the full life cycle of buildings and the goal of a century-old building,thereby achieving construction Updates,block updates,and city update goals.This solves the problem of insufficient applicability and flexibility in industrial heritage and increases its long-term effectiveness.The article applies the concept of hierarchical division in open architecture theory to the reorganization design of plant structure level and plant building unit level,and decomposes the components of different levels.At the same time,on the basis of the selected domestic authoritative industrial heritage value evaluation standard system,it supplements the consideration elements of industrial heritage value evaluation from the perspective of four open buildings,and forms a set of old industrial plants and old industrial buildings suitable for open architecture concepts.The value evaluation standard system,and using AHP and other quantitative methods,gives a comprehensive evaluation and draws the evaluation results.According to the comprehensive evaluation results,the support structure and the filling body are re-divided for the block structure level(old industrial plant area);for the building unit level(old industrial building),the support body and the filling body level are reconstructed,and the building structure and spatial layout are increased.flexibility.In order to form a set of universal value evaluation methods for the value of old industrial plants and old industrial buildings from the perspective of open architecture,the selection of evaluation indicators,the construction of systems,the distribution of index weights,and the evaluation results.The basis of the transformation is to determine the remaining part(support level)and the unretained part(filler level).In order to explore the new method of industrial heritage renewal design and enhance its long-term effect;finally apply the value evaluation method to the value evaluation of Jinan No.1 Machine Tool Plant and No.2 workshop,and use the design method of open architecture theory to plant No.2 A new function was implanted to verify the feasibility of updating the research method of the old industrial plant area from the perspective of open architecture.It not only adapts to the new functions of industrial heritage,but also continues the memory of urban production.At the same time,it expands the application space of "open architecture" theory.
