| With the rapid development of urban rail transit in China,metro travel has become a priority choice for people.Metro vehicle is an important part of the subway system.In order to ensure the safe operation of metro trains and reduce the occurrence and impact of failures,it is necessary to conduct in-depth study on the maintenance of metro vehicles.Aiming at the problems of over maintenance,under maintenance and neglecting fault types in current urban rail transit train maintenance strategy,a preventive multi gradient opportunity maintenance strategy based on competitive Weibull is proposed,which has important theoretical significance and engineering application value to ensure the safe operation of trains,improve train operation efficiency and reduce maintenance costs.The main research work of this paper is as follows:Firstly,based on the competitive Weibull theory,fault feature attributes and fault information sequence are introduced to classify the fault data according to the fault mechanism.Through the clustering fuzzy analysis of fault mechanism and graph parameter estimation method,the competitive Weibull parameter estimation is completed.Taking the minimum maintenance cost as the objective function,the reliability of train components as the constraint,and the optimal preventive maintenance cycle and maintenance times of single component as decision variables,a single component preventive maintenance strategy model based on competitive Weibull is established.Then,based on the single component maintenance strategy,the opportunity maintenance threshold with different gradients of multi-component is constructed.By introducing the increasing factor of failure rate and service age regression factor,a multi gradient opportunity maintenance strategy model based on competitive Weibull is established by combining the failure maintenance,preventive maintenance,multi gradient opportunity maintenance and preventive replacement.Taking the subway train door system as an example,the solution process of the model is optimized by quantum genetic intelligent algorithm.The results show that the maintenance strategy can effectively reduce the number of train stops,save maintenance costs and improve operation efficiency.Finally,based on the above preventive multi gradient opportunity maintenance strategy,a metro train reliability and maintenance management system is developed,which can provide scientific basis and theoretical reference for the formulation of maintenance strategy for key components of metro train. |
