| Gait analysis of human body means to measure one’s postures and positions when he or she walking through the gait measurement system,extract the measured gait data,and then analyse the data to obtain the required human gait parameters.With the development of modern rehabilitation medicine,the analysis of human gait has become an important means in the treatment of gait dysfunction in gait rehabilitation treatment.The results of gait analysis can help rehabilitation physicians formulate scientific rehabilitation training plans for patients and evaluate the recovery of gait function of patients.In addition,gait analysis is also widely used in the fields of biological recognition,robotics and so on.As the aging of population intensifies,more and more patients with lower limb dysfunction caused by stroke hemiplegia appear,so the rehabilitation of the elderly has become a hot social issue.In China,there are a large number of elderly people,with an annual increase of about 10 million,and more than half of them have the demand for rehabilitation services,Due to the shortage of rehabilitation doctors,the shortage of rehabilitation medical institutions and the backward technology of rehabilitation medical facilities,there is an urgent need for the development of rehabilitation industry in our country,and there is a big gap in the rehabilitation market.Thus,accelerating the research of lower limbs rehabilitative robot has become an urgent problem in the field of medical rehabilitation in China.In this paper,issues of gait measurement and lower limb rehabilitation training equipment(Lower limb rehabilitation robot)are studied.The purpose of this study is to develop a gait training equipment for people with lower limb walking dysfunction by analyzing the measurement data of human gait.Firstly,a set of human gait measurement experimental scheme is designed,and the subjects meeting the measurement standards are selected for gait measurement experiment.Secondly,according to the knowledge of computer image,the measurement data is extracted.Finally,through the analysis of measurement data,the research on human gait movement law and lower limb rehabilitation training equipment is carried out.In view of the above problems,this paper carried out the research on gait measurement and lower limb rehabilitation training equipment that includes the following aspects:(1)In order to accurately extract the measurement data,this paper proposes a new data extraction method based on the theory and knowledge of computer image,and uses Premiere,Photo Shop,Matlab and other softwares to extract the measurement data accurately.Row extraction is the foundation of gait analysis.(2)For a large number of gait measurement data of the test subjects,this paper compiles a set of program to process and analyze the gait measurement data using Python language.Firstly,the measured data are visually analyzed in many aspects,including gait trajectory,marker point displacement,joint angle.Then,the gait data is further processed according to the principle of camera imaging.After that,the gait data is further processed according to the principle of camera imaging In order to obtain the optimal human gait data,the sample data with large deviation are discarded according to the Laplace Criteria.(3)In order to have a better understanding of the inherent law of human gait,the discrete gait data of some tested objects are fitted into a curve function according to the least square method.Through the calculation and analysis of the curve function,it provides data support for the design of lower limb rehabilitation training equipment.(4)In order to design a lower limb rehabilitation training equipment which is consistent with the human gait track,this paper decomposes the human gait movement into two directions of horizontal and vertical movement.According to the displacement law of human gait in horizontal and vertical directions,two mechanical devices are designed,equipment which is made up of the combination of these two devices indicates the motion law of human gait trajectory. |
