In recent years,the problems of airspace pressure and flight delay have become increasingly prominent.In order to alleviate airspace pressure,reduce flight delay and solve the problem of busy waypoints,it has become one of the focuses in the field of airspace planning.In order to solve this problem,the air overpass is widely used in our country.The difference between the air overpass and the conventional air route is that without changing the horizontal flight path of the flight flow,the available vertical level is allocated to each flight direction,so that the flight flow in each direction can pass through the area safely and efficiently in the level flight state.Therefore,in the limited airspace,how to improve the operational efficiency of the airspace system through the quantitative evaluation of benefits,and better planning and design of air overpass has become an urgent problem to be solved.Firstly,this paper introduces the typical waypoint protocols of air overpass in different areas,designs simulation experiments by using the full airspace modeling and simulation platform taam software,and makes a comparative analysis of the two conditions of whether to use overpass rules.The results show that the use of overpass rules can effectively reduce the conflict.Secondly,based on the input-output theory,considering the changes of the route capacity and collision risk before and after the construction of the air interchange,the benefit evaluation model of the air interchange is established,including the risk benefit model and the flow capacity benefit model based on the net present value method.Taking Wuhan Tianhe intersection wha overpass and Sichuan Yibin intersection YBN overpass as examples,the model is verified to quantitatively evaluate the benefits of air overpasses in different areas before and after use.Thirdly,based on the actual flight path of ADS-B data,assuming an overpass operation,the time cost analysis and direct operation cost analysis are carried out under this operation condition.According to the actual speed change of take-off and descent,the calculation and cost analysis of A320,A330 and B777 are carried out,and the altitude level matching scheme with the minimum total direct operation cost is obtained.Finally,the data of overpass in typical areas are collected,and the complexity of other index values and the whole day risk are calculated and sorted.The data results are sorted,and the benefit between regions is graded and sorted by using the combined weight model of grey correlation and principal component analysis.The results show that the construction benefit of the area with the first rating is better than that of the area with the second rating,that is,the area with the first rating > the area with the second rating > the area with the third rating.Using DEA model and super efficiency DEA model,this paper makes a comparative analysis of 10 regions,and finally comes to the conclusion that the benefit of Changwu is better than that of Zhoukou in the two regions with relative efficiency value of 1.
