Under the background of the new era,the construction of a powerful civil aviation country requires that under the premise of ensuring the passenger experience, reduce energy waste, reduce environmental pollution, and pay attention to green development. In this context, when China’s civil aircraft stops on the ground,it uses ground air conditioning instead of airborne air conditioning to realize energy conservation and reduction of environmentally emissions,At present,in order to deal with the problem of economic competition, some airlines have begun to refit the cabin layout of the aircraft, reducing the distance between seats without changing the layout of the air supply outlet and the shape of the seat,so as to increase the number of seats in the cabin, bring greater economic benefits. However,at present, most of the ground air conditioning equipment are based on the original cabin layout to set the air supply mode, which brings the problem of poor thermal comfort in the cabin aircraft. Therefore, computational fluid dynamics(CFD)is chosen to study the thermal comfort of the renovated airliner.First of all,the physical model of the modified Boeing 737 is established, and the appropriate mathematical model is chosen to simulate the real condition, and the CFD model is built. The CFD model is tested in the simulation module experimental equipment, and through the comparative analysis of the date collected by the experiment and the date collected by simulation, and the error is proved in a rational scope, which proves the model is reasonably and available.Under the condition of this CFD model, the boundary conditions and solution methods are chosen, and the flow fields of wind velocity and temperature in the renovated airliner are simulated at different air supply temperatures, aiming at the non-uniform thermal environment of the renovated airliner, the weighted Predicted Mean Vote(PMV)is selected as the thermal comfort evaluation index, and the weighted PMV index is modified according to the flow field variation law shown by the wind speed field and temperature field simulation results. It is used to evaluate the overall thermal comfort in the cabin of the renovated airliner, and in view of the inconsistency between the air supply outlet of the air conditioner and the passenger seat, the local thermal comfort of each passenger is further studied by combining the Equivalent Temperature. Therefore, after comprehensively considering the overall and local thermal comfort, the optimal air supply temperature range of ground air conditioning is obtained, which provides a theoretical basis for its reasonable air supply.
