Research On The Location Selection Of SF’s Aviation Logistics Distribution Center In The Area Along The "Belt And Road"

Since the "Belt and Road" development initiative was put forward on September 10,2013,countries along the "Belt and Road" have achieved good development.On the one hand,the extensive geographical area and huge economic scale have promoted the good economic complementarity of the areas along the route.And huge development potential,it also puts forward new requirements for the development of our civil aviation industry.The 2019 China Post Industry Development High-end Forum clearly pointed out that it encourages the exploration of my country’s postal and express companies to participate in the study of the “Belt and Road” construction path.As a leading domestic air express company,SF Express is also actively deploying and expanding international business in recent years."The initiative has also become an important opportunity for SF Express to gain a foothold in the international market.With the increase in business volume in the future,it is an inevitable choice to build an aviation logistics distribution center with reference to the development experience of international air express giants.However,the current academic circles have not yet formed mature research results on the location of air logistics distribution centers for air express companies in the context of international regions,and cannot guide SF Express’ s location selection for air logistics distribution centers in the vast areas along the “Belt and Road”.Therefore,it is very necessary for SF Express to conduct forward-looking research on the location of aviation logistics distribution centers in the areas along the “Belt and Road”.Firstly,this paper combs through the literature to study the location and location decisionmaking methods of logistics and aviation logistics distribution centers in the areas along the "Belt and Road" to provide a theoretical basis for subsequent location research;secondly,it focuses on the six regions along the "Belt and Road".71 countries conducted in-depth research,outlined the overall development of the six regions,combined with the development status of SF Express,and clarified their site selection requirements;then,guided by SF Express’ s location selection principles and site selection requirements,SF Aviation Logistics was built.The site selection decision-making system of the center ranks the six regions through the gray correlation model,and selects the three major regions of Asia Oceania,West Asia,and Eastern Europe as the target regions at the regional location level.Finally,the center of gravity model is used to determine the latitude and longitude of the location of SF’s aviation logistics distribution centers in the three major regions,and the coordinate picker tool is used to obtain the airports on which SF’s aviation logistics distribution centers are located in the three regions,and pass sensitivity analysis.The robustness of the site selection decision-making method in this paper is verified,and the site selection method and the site selection result are scientific.
