In recent years,in the context of economic globalization,the global distribution of production and consumption has become increasingly dispersed.Aviation logistics has become a new driving force for economic development due to its characteristics of long adaptation distance,wide spatial range,and high timeliness requirements.An important support for promoting the rapid rise of cities and promoting regional economic development.With the development of air cargo in China,it is difficult for China Post Airlines to maintain its dominant market in terms of fleet construction and network model and product innovation.The international freight market faces competition from FedEx,DHL,and UPS,while the domestic freight market faces Competition between private express companies such as SF and Yuantong.In recent years,private express companies such as SF and Yuantong have deployed regional secondary hubs.In order to improve the layout of the air transportation network and enhance its competitiveness in the express transportation industry,China Post Airlines also needs to build regional air logistics distribution centers.Choosing a better address is a key issue for decision makers.In order to solve this problem,this paper constructs a theoretical analysis model of the factors affecting location selection,and analyzes the factors affecting the location of logistics distribution centers from five aspects: basic factor conditions,strategic structural competition,local demand conditions,relevant supporting enterprises and government support policies.Based on the principle of selecting indicators,an evaluation index system for China Post Air Logistics Distribution Center was established,and the index system was optimized by using the coefficient of variation method.An index system consisting of 5 first-level indicators and 15 second-level indicators was obtained.Analyze the four candidate addresses A,B,C,and D determined through the preliminary comparison and selection,and invite experts to score,and use the analytic hierarchy process and entropy weight method to combine and weight the indicators to build a standard cloud model.The qualitative and quantitative data were processed,and a combined weight cloud model was constructed to evaluate the candidate addresses.The cloud map of the evaluation results was obtained using Matlab programming,and the evaluation results were analyzed from the overall and various dimensions.Finally,a sensitivity analysis was performed on the evaluation results.,A is always the best location for China Post Airlines' regional distribution center in North China.
