In rainy weather,airplanes are prone to water skiing on wet runways.The runway is an important carrier of water skiing.Due to the unevenness of the runway,an uneven water layer is formed on the road surface,which seriously affects the landing safety of aircraft.Therefore,the flatness of the runway will affect the safe landing and taxiing of the aircraft on the wet skid surface.In response to the above problems,this paper uses two analytical methods,theoretical analysis and numerical simulation,combined with field tests.First,a wet track-tire finite element model based on the IRI index was established to analyze the impact of different IRI indexes on the critical hydroplaning speed and friction performance between the tire and the wet track surface;further based on the measured IRI index and the corresponding friction The coefficient and the numerical simulation result are compared and analyzed,and the road surface anti-skid performance and the aircraft landing taxi warning based on the IRI index are obtained.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Based on the dynamic hydroplaning characteristics of tires,analyze the interaction of the tire,water film and pavement surface of the aircraft on a wet runway based on the IRI index,and establish the basis based on the electrohydrodynamic lubrication theory and the hydrodynamic momentum theorem.Tire critical hydroplaning speed model based on the IRI index,and based on this analysis of the critical hydroplaning speed of tires under different IRI indexes and different models;(2)Using the simulation software ABAQUS,using the International Roughness Index IRI as the evaluation index,the tire-water-pavement finite element model of the IRI index was established,and the rationality of the model was discussed and verified;(3)Using the wet skid surface-tire refined finite element model based on the IRI index,the interaction between the wet skid surface and the tire under different IRI indexes is analyzed,and the supporting force of different IRI indexes on the road surface is obtained according to the result analysis.The influence of the critical hydroplaning speed and the friction performance of the road surface;(4)Based on the above research results,combined with the on-site runway friction coefficient test and flatness test,the aircraft braking effect and pavement anti-skid performance based on the IRI index are analyzed.
