Study On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Safety Supervision Of Residential Elevators In Xinjin District Of Chengdu City

With the increasing number of residential elevators,the safe operation of residential elevators has become one of the focuses of the whole society.It is necessary for social development to improve the safety supervision of residential elevators and ensure the safe operation of residential elevators.Taking the safety of residential elevators in Xinjin district as the research object,this paper analyzes the current situation of the safety supervision of residential elevators in Xinjin district through questionnaire survey,literature research and other methods,combined with collaborative governance theory,responsive supervision theory and accident cause theory,points out the difficulties faced by the safety supervision of residential elevators in Xinjin District,and puts forward some suggestions to improve the safety supervision of residential elevators in Xinjin district The countermeasures and suggestions of management.Through questionnaires and other methods,the main problems of residential elevator safety supervision in Xinjin District are as follows: the main responsibility for safe use of elevators is not fully implemented,the rights and responsibilities are unclear,and the safety awareness is weak;Elevator maintenance quality is uneven,low price competition,management confusion;The government supervision is in trouble,the supervision force is insufficient,the poor coordination;The public awareness is low,low awareness of active participation,civilized ladder consciousness is low.Through exploring the cause of the problem,based on the use of relevant theoretical knowledge,draw lessons from domestic and foreign residential elevator safety supervision experience,put forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the residential elevator safety supervision in Xinjin District:First,improve the residential elevator safety supervision system;Second,increase publicity efforts to raise the awareness of the whole people;Third,innovation supervision model to promote social co-governance;Fourth,strengthen the supervision team capacity building;Fifth,create a good regulatory environment.In this paper,collaborative governance and other theoretical knowledge are applied to improve the safety supervision of residential elevators.The suggestions are close to the actual work of the safety supervision of residential elevators in Xinjin district.The research results can be used in the actual supervision,which can help to improve the safety supervision level of residential elevators in Xinjin district to a certain extent,and provide some reference for the safety supervision of residential elevators in other areas.
