Research On Optimization Of Investment Risk Management Of Y State-owned Enterprises

Investment is an important topic when it comes to national economic development and corporate business activities,and plays a particularly important role in corporate development and national economic growth.Under the current economic situation,the enterprise’s own operation and development are facing challenges,the environment for enterprise investment is complex,and the risk of investment loss is increasing.Doing a good job in investment risk management is an extremely critical condition to achieve investment goals.In recent years,our country has also paid more and more attention to investment management and enterprise risk management,especially the investment management and investment risk management of state-owned enterprises.National and local levels have continuously promulgated relevant laws and regulations on investment management and risk management of state-owned enterprises.and regulations.It is an important task for state-owned enterprises to do a good job in investment risk management.The existing investment risk management of Y state-owned enterprises needs to be improved,and its investment risk management is the research object of this paper.This paper selects the comprehensive risk management theory as the theoretical basis.“The enterprise Risk Management Framework” issued by COSO and “The Guidelines on Overall Risk Management for Central Enterprises” are used for reference.This paper takes the analysis of the current situation of Y state-owned enterprise investment risk management as the starting point,finds out the shortcomings,and confirms and reflects its shortcomings in carrying out investment risk management through the actual investment cases of Y state-owned enterprises.A more complete and in-depth understanding of the situation and deficiencies of state-owned enterprise investment risk management.Through research,it is found that Y state-owned enterprises have problems in investment risk management organizational structure system,investment risk management system documents,investment risk identification and assessment,and post-investment risk management and control methods.Finally,the understanding of total risk management is combined with the actual situation of Y state-owned enterprise,this paper analyzes and proposes optimization of investment risks from the requirements of whole-process risk management,strengthening post-investment tracking management and supervision and evaluation,and optimizing organizational-level safeguard measures.The specific management measures have been tailored for Y state-owned enterprises to carry out comprehensive investment risk management plans.This is of great value for Y state-owned enterprises to strengthen investment risk management and control,increase investment returns,and overcome the current operating difficulties.It is also of reference significance for other enterprises,especially state-owned enterprises,to carry out investment risk management.
