The function expansion and operation efficiency of the business in 3D water conservancy information systems are the focus of scholars at present,but the research on improving the expression ability of terrain for geomorphic features in the scene is rarely discussed.With the development of water conservancy informatization,digital watershed twinning,and real scene three-dimensional construction policies,how to improve the reality of watershed terrain in the three-dimensional scenes has become a hot issue.In this paper,terrain editing and image processing technology are used.After analyzing the principle of terrain processing and texture synthesis technology,the typical landform of the Yellow River Basin is selected as the research object,and a realistic terrain modeling method based on real-world digital elevation model data is proposed.The main research contents and results are as follows:(1)Terrain feature modeling and surface erosion treatment.This paper selects four terrain editing methods,such as terrain distortion,terrain superposition,terrain stepping,terrain smoothing and expansion,etc.,makes a deep analysis of the principle of terrain modeling,and gives the applicable scenarios of terrain modeling methods;for surface erosion,this paper refines the influence factors affecting erosion effect,such as erosion intensity,rock hardness,sediment deposition,rest angle of accumulation,erosion time,etc.,and makes an in-depth study of erosion principle and effect control.In-depth research is conducted on the erosion principle and effect control,and a range of values for erosion factors is given for different terrain.(2)Terrain feature constraint extraction and texture synthesis.In this paper,topographic factors such as elevation,slope and surface roughness,and erosion features such as water scouring,bedrock abrasion,sediment deposition,and weathering accumulation are selected as features,and a feature constraint extraction method is given.The image blending and color overlay under the feature constraints are also analyzed in-depth,and the texture synthesis method under the feature constraints is given.(3)The typical landform of the Yellow River Basin is realized by realistic terrain shaping.Taking the hilly landform of the Middle Loess Plateau,Shapotou Desert landform,and Zhangshiyan landform of the South Taihang Mountain in the Yellow River Basin as the research objects,the shaping,and erosion treatment of its typical geomorphic features such as terraces,sand dunes,and stepped cliffs are completed;According to the topographic features and erosion traces,the texture synthesis of the corresponding area is completed.A realistic terrain modeling method based on digital elevation model data and taking the specific landform in the real world as the research object is proposed,which provides a reference for improving the terrain and landform expression ability of the digital elevation model in the three-dimensional scene of water conservancy information system.
