With the vigorous support and guidance of the national policy,China is now transforming to the Internet economy,and has put forward the concept of "2025 made in China" and "Internet+",which has become the driving force for the digital transformation and development of enterprises.With the rapid growth of traditional energy information platform business,energy enterprises of different types and sizes are facing huge challenges in common IT infrastructure.On the one hand,the majority of energy enterprises need to maintain a stable IT infrastructure.On the other hand,they need to make full use of the characteristics of high availability,high performance and high reliability of infrastructure to ensure that the business cost of operating full-information platform can be effectively reduced.The traditional infrastructure of IDC’s energy information platform will face more and more problems and challenges,and it is difficult to adapt to the rapidly changing development trend of the platform.Enterprises need to effectively reduce the cost of infrastructure and daily operation and maintenance,make full use of the computing power of infrastructure,predict the actual computing power and capacity required by the system in different scenarios,and use the capability of infrastructure itself to effectively defend against network attacks.At the same time,the cloud computing industry has developed rapidly in recent years,playing an increasingly important role in industrial transformation and economic development.Cloud computing can conveniently provide users with available network access and access to configurable computing resource sharing pools,such as applications,storage,servers,network services,etc.based on users’needs.This kind of service is based on the usage of services and charges the corresponding fees,and only a small amount of management work can quickly provide resources for users.Users can easily access resources and services without complex interaction with service providers.The solution of energy information platform is the embodiment and product of cloud computing application in the field of energy platform.It can make full use of the advantages of cloud computing to cope with the challenges faced by the traditional platform architecture in the era of new platform transformation,and bring the application of all channel energy information platform to an unprecedented level.This paper chooses the deployment mode of hybrid cloud according to the actual business requirements to ensure the security of data.The implementation of load balancing technology based on cloud computing IaaS ensures the stability of information energy platform.Finally,the importance of data preprocessing is put forward for the data collation and analysis of the massive data in the information energy system.Using cloud computing AI PaaS service MLS,the data is preprocessed according to time series algorithm.Meanwhile,using cloud computing AI PaaS service MLS,the algorithm is realized and compared.Based on the data support provided by the information energy platform,the applicable power is determined.The regression algorithm of load forecasting provides theoretical and practical support for subsequent energy consumption assessment.
